I picked this one over others due to product listing. It looks nice, I love the floating mirror look, it's a very modern look. Install could be a pain if you didn't have power behind the mirror, I have a laundry room behind it so could plug it in there. Just a FYI if you don't that, getting the power features can be a PIA. There is no template for install, like a sheet you can level out before mounting would have made this a lot easier. I did find this aspect a real PIA. The back light can be adjusted so it can be bright, or dim depending on your needs. I found coming from the back, it really is not good for doing detail on your face, more of a nice look overall. If you're looking for a light to do your makeup, this might not be the best. The Anti-fog works fairly good as long as you turn it on a while before you fog out the room. If you turn it on right before a foggy shower, it will be in a smaller box in the center. If you do it like10 min before, for the most part the whole mirror would be with no fog. If you turn it on after a shower, plan on waiting. I was expecting it to be a little quicker here. Overall, it's a very nice-looking mirror with some little issues if you can work around them. For ease of installation I fastened an aluminum French cleat to the wall and mirror. I also installed a recessed AV box with a deep outlet to keep the cord hidden. The box also has a place to feed hdmi or av cables through. Don’t be tempted (if you use one of these boxes) to shove the extra wire into the wall. The wire is not rated for in wall installation. It’s just a 2 wire cord like found on a lamp. There was enough room in the recessed box to just roll up the extra cord and stuff it in the box. You may also be able to tape the cord to the back of the mirror, there is a bit of a recess. ... show more

It's a lighted and heated mirror. The instructions make little sense. There's no hard wire option like the listing says. Which is what I wanted for a clean install. The instructions say to remove a panel and swap the plug cord for a hard wire cord. There wasn't another cord or any way to access the wiring. I don't feel comfortable cutting the wire and using the stranded wire to hard wire it. So I just have it plugged in. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall, the quality is satisfactory. The touch buttons respond quickly. The illumination may be easily adjusted. You may reduce it to make it a night light or brighten it to make it look like natural or white light. The defogger is fantastic, and I can't picture using a regular mirror again, lol. There was no damage during transportation. The one thing I like about it is that the touch buttons are on the mirror rather than the bottom which making it easier to see and know where to hit . The touch buttons are also quite bright and blue, which isn't a significant concern but, in my opinion, detracts from the aesthetics. ... show more

The drywall anchors included with the mirror are awful and dangerous. They are not secure enough and the mirror comes crashing off the wall. I was able to catch the mirror and keep it from getting destroyed. I went to the hardware store and got some bigger drywall anchors and they worked perfectly. Shame on the manufacturer for including such insufficient and cheap hardware to hang such a large item, someone could get hurt. ... show more

I bought this for my sister who recently opened a barbershop. She wanted a new mirror, but this is a much better upgrade. I was a little concerned that it would be complicated to install because of the light, but it was rather easy to do. I love the blacklight. It really makes the whole thing pop.
