This is exactly what I was expecting and hoping for, and my husband loves it. It is extremely light, so I wouldn’t recommend wearing this as an everyday or around the house watch, as any damage will be less forgiving than a metal watch with sapphire face. This was a gift for our 5th/Wood anniversary, and is perfect. I was concerned, after reading reviews, that the face would not be easy to read. My husband is color blind and still has no issue reading and seeing the time markers on the dark face. We tried to size this ourselves, but ended up taking it to our local jeweler.
