We are so happy to find this curtain! We got a white with stars and were a little nervous about black out effectiveness because sometimes light color curtains don't black out. But this really blacks out, nice quality for the price, soft and cute design for my daughter's room. She used to wake up too early in spring/summer but as soon as we installed this curtains she slept at least one hour longer every morning and it's VERY effective!

If you look closely at these panels, which I didn't until they were in my face, hanging from the rod, the SEWING is lacking, obviously rushed. This seems to be a running theme on many items I've gotten lately on Amazon, as in this case: Really wonderful mid-weight fabric, the pattern repeat is 24" and the repeat overlaps. If you don't know what that means, put it this way: Have you ever been out shopping for textiles (curtains and sheets, in particular) and a pattern of a folded item catches your eye? Then you look at a picture on the label and the design you found cute in a small dose suddenly looks tired, boring and clausterphobic in a photo of the whole item, where the pattern is really too small and tight for the actual size of the item. The design/repeat probably needed to be in a larger scale, which would have let the finished item h "breathe", enhancing the illusion of organic space. Well... a 24" repeat, like the leaf pattern on THIS fabric, means the pattern doesn't reproduce again for a solid two feet. It makes the overall effect lighter, airier and, seemingly, more random or natural. It's really so much lovlier. I got the ivory-white leaves on light gray and the panels are STUNNING, especially when afteenoon sun streams through them in my north-facing bathroom window. Lord, though, someone REALLY needs to stop cracking the whip, hollering "FASTER!, FASTER!" when the sewers are trying to properly finish items that were not produced in a rush before they got to the hems. I just went through this with imported tee shirts. Great colors, great fit, properly cut, but the finished edges (sewing) on every tee arrived a mess, and became messier after laundering... The floor managers in the sewing rooms may be killing their quotas, raking in big bonuses for standing around with their whips, but they're winning at the expense of both the sewers and the customers. Would I buy them again? I probably shouldn't but, Yes. The pattern is so beautiful and the panels have transformed my bathroom. I just try not to look too closely at the finished edges. Btw, if YOU sew (My late mother did, I don't), the edges might drive you insane. BUT, if you're willing to undo the hems, these are cut well. I'm guessing refinishing the hems would be a fairly straightforward task, if you're so inclined.

I have had these curtains for two years and they are very nice. The biggest issue I had is the color faded to gray from the sunlight coming through. They are sheer enough to see out, but people really can't see it unless they get close to the window. I do wish they were just a little less sheer as it does feel a little uncomfortable at night, but overall, they are a very good value!

I bought these curtains for my daughters dorm room. I didn't want to pay a lot as she's only in the dorms for a year but I wanted something that was 63" long, pretty, used a grommet system to hang and were lightweight as I couldn't use wall mounted rods. These curtains fit the bill perfectly. They were the right length, pretty and very lightweight for the no screws mounting system we used. The grommets allow the curtain to open and close easily so they don't snag on the rod or put undue pressure on the mounting system. They were also inexpensive. These curtains are sheer so they do let in a lot of light but the look lovely during the day. They look even better at night as the darkness amplifies the grey color and white leaves. We especially love the way they look at night. The material is some sort of linen and not the greatest of qualities but it's not bad. Also there's a little inconsistency with manufacturing as I had to order these twice as there was a couple of inches in variation in the length of the two panels. After ordering two sets, I found two panels that were closest in length and returned the others. I wouldn't use these curtains in my house or recommend them if you're looking for expensive looking panels but they look amazing in my daughters dorm room. These curtains are beautiful and really softened her room and made it look cozy. Depending on what you are using these curtains for you'll either love them or not. For our purpose they were absolutely perfect and we love them !!
