Very well built! Quality construction! Would recommend this topside creeper to all mechanics. The padded top had a puncture when I opened it. I contacted Traxion thru their Amazon page and they shipped a replacement the next business day. Superior customer service

Pros: The height is adjustable which is a plus given that my truck is raised 6 inches. But it is on the highest level it goes, something to consider if your truck is lifted higher than 6in (an 8 in. lift may be fine without the tray) It’s very comfortable. And thanks to the tray (purchased separately) tools are within reach. It’s very sturdy. Brakes on the wheels and grip tape on the step make it extra safe. Delivery was quick and came before promised. Cons: The assembly instructions were not helpful. The video, however offered in the description was all I needed to properly assemble. This came with a pouch to attach where the tray now sits. Unfortunately, you can’t attach both the pouch and tray. It’s either one or the other. As you can see from the picture, I had to put a towel between the topside creeper and my truck. I wish it came with additional foam barriers for that section. Later, I added foam barriers (left over from a water heater installation) that are much better at protecting the truck's grill and paint. Storage of the unit is not as great. The actual topside does not fold, so storage when not in use still takes up a lot of space. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

I’ve become suspicious of reviews knocking things I see first hand are false. Bought this to replace the cinder block I was using to work on my Duramax, it blows the cinder block away. I’m 6’ 2” and 200lbs and after putting it together I was feeling some anxiety testing it out the first time. Worried I was going to do a 5’ face first drop into the concrete below. It’s surprisingly solid though, once on it I felt comfortable enough to even bounce my weight a few times to see if it would break, it didn’t even shutter. This was clearly invented by someone who seen a need and successfully filled it. The price seemed high till I tried to find something like it cheaper, all I found was more expensive. Needed to replace a $146 fuel pressure regulator, the local shops wanted $1200 to do so, my investment in this and the part saved me a ton of money I can better use on other things and made a pain job so much easier, plus now I have it and its built well enough my kids will be handing it down to their grandchildren to use. My only complaint, I wish it would fold down flatter or more compact. Its roughly 22” thick and 57” long still when folded down. If they just made the padding part so it would flip up and around it would fold down considerably flatter.

Cant believe I didnt buy one of these years ago. for anyone who hates lying on fenders or radiators to get to the back of an engine, this is for you. removing valve covers, changing plugs, getting to oil pressure/water temp senders at the rear of a block...instead of the usual litany of curse words and getting frustrated and sweaty at the bolt you are attempting to access is JUST out of reach as you plop your belly up over the radiator or front fender, you can now lay down in perfect comfort and access all of that from directly above! even works on lifted trucks with a max height of 60 inches (to clear your radiator). this creeper truly is a game changer for anyone who regularly has to work on an engine bay. just not having to bend over for hours at a time while doing regular tasks or maintenance make this thing worth its weight in gold. you will be happy with your purchase the first time you lay down on this and begin working on your engine, i promise.

I've been in vehicle maintenance for most of my life. I stopped turning wrenches for a living 20 years ago but still maintain my own vehicles. Recently, I had to do a job that was going to require leaning over the hood for the better part of 2 days, so I started researching topside creepers and I found this Traxion 3-100, so I ordered and I'm glad I did! What a game changer, no more sore back from leaning over the hood all day, I was able to easily access the back of the engine and had a clear topside view of everything. I weigh 235lbs and it supported my weight easily, I really liked being able to move the creeper around while laying on it. It never once felt unstable. I also opted to purchase the tray which worked out great! it never got in the way, and it held a good amount of tools, I also put a small magnetic tray inside to hold bolts as I was removing or installing them. I highly recommend both!

total lifesaver when working in the engine bays. spent 13 hours on it first day and it saved by back and legs. good adjustability too. took about 30 min to get together and the instructions were a 8/10 so thats another plus. overall 5 star product. wish i got one years ago.
