Travel pro suitcases are really the best quality and make traveling so easy. I love how it comes with the programmable TSA approved lock, the hard sides do not dent easily, and the wheels are smoother than any other rolling suitcase I've used. I first purchased the rolling carry on-after much investigative review of what is out there. Been using it for a couple of years now. It has served me well on multiple out of country, OCC, trips. I love This brand. It feels sturdy. Shows no wear, and easy to roll. What was missing was size. I’m now taking longer trips OOC on mission work. I needed a larger checked bag size. I rarely used to use checked bags, strictly carry on. But now so much more I need to take including supplies for where I am going. Enter the checked bag size. It appears to match the carry on. Smooth rolling wheels - 360 degree. Not the in line wheels like skates. These wheels roll smoothly. My husband comments that he loves how they roll. My next trip isn’t for couple of months. I’ll update my review after I’ve put this to the rugged test. If it’s anything like the smaller bag, I’ll be one happy traveler. ... show more

Bought the 28" checked large shell back in May for my work trip in June. I flew from Florida to Washington state and was pleased how well it traveled. First off. I usually travel light and use a carry on bag. I needed something bigger to accommodate a range of dress clothes, casual wear and 2 extra pairs of shoes. It didn't disappoint. I was able to pack everything I needed and feel like i didn't totally fill it to capacity. Plenty of room to bring back a few souvenir's. Here are a few details: -Handling - Walking through the airport was a breeze with the 8 wheels. It handled very well. On the Seattle sidewalks I really didn't have any issues or felt like I was struggling to pull as I had to walk 4 blocks from the train station to my hotel. Keep in mind that I am a late 40s fit male that is used to lifting heavy objects, but I feel most people won't have any problems navigating. -Durability - That long of a trip with a layover, I don't see anything egregious on the shell. As you can see from the pics, some scuffing on the outside that I was able to remove with a clorox wet wipe and some light elbow grease. Some scratches on the corner plates, but to be expected and happy they are there to take the brunt of handling. One of the reasons I purchased. -Zippers - No issues here, besides me fumbling to get in position to get them in to lock. They feel well made and zipper lining looks sturdy enough. Locked as expected and no problem resetting the 3 digit pin -Value for Money - Good, I don't feel like I overpaid. Its a quality product and don't believe paying up for a more expensive brand would have have been worth it. Plus waiting to buy during a prime deal day or around the holidays would create additional value and savings. -Appearance - I went with the champagne color. It definitely stood out on the carousel. The only issue I found was the top and side handles lay very close to the sides of the bag. Found it difficult to to get a good hand hold off the bat without re-adjusting when snagging off the carousel, hence the 4 stars. Maybe due to being brand new/not broken in? -Summary - Overall i'm very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be buying the carry-on version in the near future. Very Nice Suitcase! I love the color and size. This is the first hard shell case I have ever owned and I went with a textured material to camouflage scuffs. I did get a few scuffs my first trip, but they’re not too noticeable and I believe a magic eraser will buff them out. If you travel 2-10 times a year by plane or boat, please invest in a suitcase that will last! TravelPro is right up there with Samsonite. I have their carry on and now this one! ... show more

Loved the bag at the beginning for the space, color and supposed durability, but on my last trip after 10 trips, one of the legs with wheels is collapsing. Travel Pro warranty department is giving me a hassle for my warranty claim after less than 1 year of use. So, beware of their so called warranty. ... show more

Excellent luggage I’d love this. I love that. The fact that it has both sides mesh zip up so that way your clothes can stay in and not be fumbling around very organized. I like it’s enough for two people to put eight outfits and toiletries and shoes and be comfortable the 28 inch luggage love it. I will update my review once I take it on my trip! ... show more

Great suit case excellence in ever sense of the word. I order 2 large and a carry on. The corners have extra coverage which will be helpful when i travel. Plus the storage inside the zipper (sturdy) makes for an organized very sturdy i can’t say enough great purchase. The handles are very well made. I really liked that luggage. I bought it in November 2024. I’ve travel about 1 week per month and the corner where the wheels are have broke and the zip only works on one side. Unfortunate that it wasn’t durable. It is still usable but inconvenient when wheels bends in during transport.
