I like the size and weight of this underseat bag. It fits well under all domestic airline seats I've flown, it is practical in its design, and matches the brand and color of my carry-on suitcase. The only problem with it is that it's deeper than the top of my carry-on suitcase and has too narrow a band on the back to keep it from tilting forward when on the top of the carry-on. Its leaning forward makes the carry-on suitcase underneath it a bit tipsy. This is not a problem on a checked bag size suitcase. If the manufacturer would enlarge the band that holds it onto a suitcase handle, making it sit more upright, it would be perfect. ... show more

Received in a box too small. The carryon was smashed down to fit and the sides and bottom are all smashed in. I was surprised because Travelpro is a brand I trust. I’ve traveled to over 20 countries repeatedly with Travelpro and gone through some luggage. Always bought Travelpro and never received a piece so irresponsibly packaged. After I received it I took another look at who the seller was. It was not Travelpro. Live and learn. Have not contacted the seller but next time I will be more careful at reading who the sellers are. I thought I was getting it from Travelpro. I’m hoping that when I pack for my trip the bag will straighten out. ... show more

I usually take a backpack to pack stuff that won't fit in my suitcase, but it tends to get bulky and heavy. This is a nice bag to use and slightly smaller than my Patagonia backpack. I've only put a few items in it to test it out, but it seems it will hold as much as my backpack. I also like that you can strap it over the telescopic luggage handle and keep it from tipping with the attached velcro. Like other reviews said, it would be great if you could fit a taller water bottle in the side pocket w/ it zipped close. I was hoping it would have a little more organizing pockets inside the middle and main compartments so I don't have to dig for stuff, but I will make it work. Main critique is solely based on sizing, which is advertised as 18" wide. Exterior width does not exceed 16.5" at its widest point, and width across the top measures 15" overall. Inside the width without stretching or deformation is roughly 14.5" at most. I was concerned about 18" being too wide for my needs, but was happily surprised with the product and only downgrade a star due to the inaccuracy of the advertised measurements. This observation is also affirmed by other reviews that mention the reduced sizing. Excellent Quality I expect from Travel Pro. Slips I’ve the handle of my carry on size small roller and replaced the backpack I’ve used for years for travel. It’s wider than I expected but convenient when rolling through the airport but too wide to fill down the airplane aisle. Regarding the design, the back strap that slides over the roller bag handle is a bit too long so the bag doesn’t fit snugly against it and slides around a bit.
