Ordered this bag for a trip to Ireland and Scotland. Love the Autumn Leaves color! So unique. The case feels sturdy and glides well. It is a small interior, but it’s to be expected with this size bag. With the overlapping bundle technique I was able to fit my clothes inside nicely and with a pair of sneakers. The only thing I need to get use to is the pull lever for the zipper. I feel like the handles are at the wrong position (backwards?) if that makes sense. Not used on trip yet but arrived in a sturdy box in perfect condition. The three biggest selling points for me were: top opening to use the full depth of the bag, the compression board and straps on the interior to strap things in so they don't get tossed around, and that it is as large as you can get (just under 62" linear) when expanded to comply with most airlines I fly. It is also a nice neutral green color that will go with my other luggage and it appears of good quality in structure, straps that hold the top open when on it's side, and in the zippers. It’s a little smaller than I’d hoped. But it’s a beautiful suitcase. Rolls nicely, love the opening of it— find it to be very convenient for tight spots.

BUT Charger cord broke immediately. I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t letting me charge. Come to find out the cord itself broke when attached to my charging bank.     • Super high-end wheel failed within 30 days of purchase!

Bought this in April 2026 based on supposed high-end wheels. Took two trips within 30 days of purchase and half of one of the wheels simple fell off somewhere during one of the trips. And of course upon discovery it was one day after the return deadline for Amazon/ Traveler’s Choice So far the bag itself is fine… 6-25-26 I get how stuff happens in manufacturing but the customer service has been horrible. I was told I need to buy new wheels and that they were available. I ordered the wheels and was told a week later oops not really. So I ordered off color wheels because I’ve got to travel. The wheels have been sitting in Pomona CA since 6-19-26 after receiving a label. It doesn’t take much to stand out as a vendor these days and customer service is a good way to fix a lot of things. The ineptitude is actually becoming humorous at this point… My wife, on the other hand has never had an issue with these suit cases. 1st world problems I suppose… ... show more

I loved the idea of a top opening hard suitcase which would have made it easier to pack. But I was expecting a thicker harder sturdier shell but this one the quality felt to flimsy. And with the way these airports throw suitcases around I think it would have been good for only one trip. I really hope they reinvent this style into a better thicker sturdier one. ... show more
