This is very nice looking in person. It seems like a great solution to keep the laptop out of my daughter's backpack. This suitcase appears to be well made and durable. It rolls and spins easily, and the handle extends and retracts well. The only downside in this design is that the laptop pocket definitely reduces interior packing space. It is a trade off worth making for our uses, but good to keep in mind. The cosmetic case is nice, well made, and cute...but not practical for airline travel since it's not what you'd want for your "personal, under the seat" item. Made with sturdy zippers, lock, straps, handles, pockets and glides like a dream on pile and sculptured carpet. Also tile. Havent taken it on pavement yet, however others have in comments and said it was fine. I love the extra train case for toiletries, makeup, medicines, etc. It has an attachable strap that is high quality. One can either attach case to the carry-on or detach and use it as your personal item. Plenty of room in it. There is a pocket in the carry-on that's insulated to slip some snacks or small meals, etc to keep cold. Also a nice padded laptop pocket and one for a tablet. Along with pockets for cables and extra battery packs or whatever one needs. Paperwork, etc . Also has an outer C-port for charging your phone, etc. (battery not included). Held up well through 3 countries, 4 airports and MILES of walking. The spinner wheels glided smoothly and was easy to pull. Held all my clothing for a 6 day trip during winter to Poland. The laptop sleeve and pocket for portable charger and usb ports on top were convenient. So I’m pretty happy with it. Hope it lasts another few years at least. Really love the color, the material and how lightweight the luggage is. It appears to be durable but I'll update after a trip. I would love to give 5 stars, but I have a few flaws to point out. The handle feels really cheap compared to my other luggage. The handle compartment isn't glued down properly (see pic). The charger is only on one piece of the luggage which is the carry-on luggage. If I'm going on the trip that requires the checked luggage, I wouldn't be able to use. I feel it should be on all the luggage so you don't only have to bring that piece unless needed. The charger piece really sold me so I'm disappointed by that. I'm going to give it a chance before my final review. I did have to return the first order due to the handle being too loose. The second order was a tad bit better but not fully corrected. Message to Travel Arm, the handle need to be crafted better and more sturdy, the charger should be available on all pieces. Sometimes you may only need a checked bag and you can't use the charger as its not an option on the luggage. The airlines throw these luggages like rag dolls, you must make sure its durable for high intensity impact. Update: 12/29/2025 I've now traveled 3 times with this luggage and I wouldn't suggest using this if traveling by plane. The item is defective and I'm now in search for a better quality. The orange is coming off from usage and I haven't had it a year. This luggage looks like I've used it for years. Where the handle is, you can see it coming apart. I returned the first one due to the same thing. They replaced with no problem but now its doing the same thing. This quality isn't as good as I thought. This would be good for road trips only. 2/11/2026, update. The small luggage came apart. I would say not to purchase. The paint is coming off as well. ... show more

They arrived on time and in good condition. They seem to be as durable as they say. However, the trip I bought them for got cancelled so I'm not able to test them in real life yet. However, they are well made, very light weight, and the rollers don't jam when you test them. Love the pink color, too. It makes them easy to spot in the overhead bins. This is a beautifully made set, and I got many compliments on its style at the airports. It is light and moves very well. It's perfect for 1-2 day trip. I used this set for weekly travel for 6 months, and it held up great. In that time I got only a couple of scuffs that I was able to buff out, so it still looks like new.
