  • Good value at a good price. Get inline wheels, never pick your suitcase up by the extended handle.
Size: Checked-Medium 25-Inch Color: Gray
Good value for a good price. As an Airline pilot, I have extensive experience with my and other peoples luggage. While I require a different grade of suitcase for the hundred or more flights I make each year, this suitcase has incorporated the features that are most important: strong zippers, edge protection, strong handles, good quality in line wheels (not casters) with reinforced wheel support and attachments and a good grade extending handle. My tips for any suitcase: If you want your suitcase to follow you, get inline wheels. Casters are trendy but the go where they want. Never, not even once, even in a hurry, pick your suitcase up by the extended handle. Reach behind with one hand and lift with the fixed hand grip. Otherwise, the handle will eventually bend or come out. Make sure you take care to retract the handle using the button yourself BEFORE you give the suitcase to whoever will be loading it. Other wise they will likely try to push it down, past the locking prong, and bend the handle or wear the lock, or try to lift it by the handle. No one will treat your luggage better than you will. ... show more

  • This set is EXACTLY what I needed 😃
Size: 8-Piece Set Color: Orange
The media could not be loaded. I really LOVE the value, the price, the gray insides and alll the additional pockets! My plan is to use it for minimizing my belongings. I have been a minimalist for 4 years, gotten rid of all my big furniture and now it’s time to just keep the essentials. If it doesn’t fit in these luggages IT HAS TO GO! ... show more

  • Dragging a moderately priced American Tourister through the Beijing airport is not fun, when the wheels are gone
Size: Checked-Medium 25-Inch Color: Burgundy
We traveled all over the world for 110 days last year. Japan, Australia, New Zealand, multiple places in Europe and US.... This was my suitcase. I have had many medium sized suitcases that were $100 or above in price. Many did not survive the first trip on the airplane. Dragging a moderately priced American Tourister through the Beijing airport is not fun, when the wheels are gone. This suitcase was $39.00. I reinforce it with 2 really ugly luggage straps from Target. (The uglier the straps, the easier it is to find your suitcase on the airport carousel. My favorite luggage strap is neon orange plaid...) The wheels and handle survived. After about 15 months, I just got another one. Not that it was so worn out, but the material got ragged. That is real value. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Very poor customer service
I am giving this set only one star because of the customer service. These looked like nice bags so we packed them up and set off to the airport for an adventure. Upon arriving at the airport we found that the handle on the large bag would not extend. Too late to do anything about it under the circumstances so just struggled with it. On arrival back home, there was a large tear in the second largest bag so it seemed that the luggage was not durable enough. We put in a request to Amazon to return the set. Evidently, this seller does not allow Amazon to handle returns so we were referred to the seller who informed us that It couldn't be returned because it was used. I wonder how one would know it f it were defective if one had not used it. Anyway, the seller sent us to the manufacturer who agreed that it could not be returned, but it MIGHT be eligible, for repair or replacement under the warranty. OK. We were sent a form to fill out with instructions that before we filled out the form, we MUST read the entire warranty. Done. They also wanted to have 2-3 pictures for each of the damaged cases sent showing the damage plus the front of the cases. The pictures had to be of a size that no one had to scroll down to see the complete picture. (Really?!). Also, a copy of the invoice from Amazon had to be sent in jpeg. form. OK. Got it. THEN we had to fill out the form stating the model number of each case which was to be obtained either from the tag that came on the case (riiight! I always save those. Who doesn't?) or obtained by going onto the company's web site to see what the number is. Surprise, surprise, there is nothing on the web site that tells what the model number of the individual cases might be. I took a quess, and proceeded to fill in the form with my name, address, city, state, country, email, and everything else except the hospital I was born in 72 years ago. Great! Ready to go! I hit send and error messages popped up. Much to my surprise, there evidently is no such place as the location of the house I have lived in for 36 years! Back to the drawing board. I deleted everything on the form and re-entered all the information, being careful to make SURE it was all accurate. Hit send. There is STILL no such location. I finally gave up and wrote to the company again to tell them of my irritation and that I intended to write a bad review. No answer for a week, so here is my review. If anyone would like a nice-looking, albeit non-functional, set of luggage, I would be happy to donate this one. By the way, I very seldom write reviews at all but this one needed to be written. ... show more

  • A great bag for the price. But not a spinner (which I like)
Size: Checked-Medium 25-Inch Color: Gray
I'm giving it a 5 stars because of the quality:price ratio. Some of thing things I like about it others may not. 1. This is not a "spinner" suitcase, but rather has only 2 wheels and can only be pulled one way. I actually do prefer that, although I have both. 2. It has a strap on the top for attaching other bags. This is helpful to me, because when I travel with family I sometimes chain 2 or 3 suitcases together. The strap is very helpful. Other than that ... I took it on a trip to Europe, and pulled it down rough streets/loaded it onto trains/put it on several flights/and it handled it all just great. I generally invest a bit more in a suitcase but in this instance I needed a budget option, and now that I have this suitcase it will be my regular go to until it fails. And so far it seems excellent, particularly for the price. ... show more
