I'm 5' 7" 190lbs 36D and I got an XL, and it....sorta fit. I certainly wouldn't have gone up or down a size, but there just wasn't enough space in the bra area. It was either squishing me flat with armpit bulges, or just not doing anything and giving me a weird shape. Seems like there might be a sweet spot of bra sizes that this would work for, but I'm not it. Great for the price. Follow the size chart and u will be fine. I usually wear an XL shirt 40/c 240lbs followed the chart and got a 4xl. It's the perfect size I can make it bigger but easily cinch it tight. Yes its a cheap material and feels cheap but for under $25 it's worth it.
