This is my second choice and will work for the products I need for travel. It does take up valuable space in a carry on bag, but can be packed on its edge, at end of suitcase. 1 zipper closure, 4 brush slots with Velcro cover, dividers organize long bottles plus 3 square sections, and a small zipper pocket. My powder brush will not fit in brush slots. I can protect that brush and pack in the long section, or leave it home. Flamingo print exterior is not as pretty as I hoped. Quality seems adequate. When I opened the package this bag looked too small. It is roomier than you think. I took out the Velcro dividers. All of my brushes and makeup fit perfectly!! I could actually put in more if I needed to. I put my eyeliners in the brush section. My large eye palette fit in the zipper compartment as well as my large blush box. I actually got this to hold my medicine and vitamin bottles on the side table by my couch. I'm disabled and need to keep them nearby, but wanted something less obvious than an open bin. I purchased the black one and it's sleek and inconspicuous. Had to play a little Tetris to make it work, but I'm able to fit several regular sized bottles and a few larger ones just fine as long as I lay most of them on their side. I love that the handle lies flat so I can easily lay things on top of it, and the material is super easy to wipe down. Cons (for my purpose): It's extremely flimsy, even with the dividers in place. The dividers are hard to place and line up properly. Also, the zippers go a bit too far around when you open it in my opinion, taking away some of the structure I was hoping for. I had intended on using this bag to store my makeup for daily use instead of just for traveling but it is far too small for that— the flap cover for the brush pouches will not close with my brushes in them due to the height of my standard full size brushes [would need to place shorter brushes in pouches for flap to properly close with its velcro]. The inside area is tiny in my opinion. If you’re someone that uses very few products and brushes then this would be a good option for you BUT if you’re like myself and only have eyeshadow palettes & prefer a full face make-up look then this is NOT the bag for you. I am actually currently in process of looking for a new daily use makeup bag. Before you buy this bag you should definitely ask yourself how many products would you want to pack—a few/smaller sized products then this will suit your needs whereas, anything greater I would suggest you keep shopping ... show more

    • Stitching imperfections but overall it's "okay".
I read some reviews on this before purchasing and kept the negative remarks in mind. There was a very slight odor upon removing it from packaging but that quickly faded away and within maybe 10 minutes I didn't smell it anymore. The inserts are a little annoying to me mainly because they don't align perfectly and the 3 small compartments they create really don't hold enough dimensionally so I ended up removing one of them and just settled for that to hold my lipsticks etc. There are a few manufacturing imperfections such as loose stitching in various places and the velcro cover over the brushes doesn't fully conceal the hairs of the brushes. However I managed to close the case without snagging the brushes and for the price I paid this product isn't too bad. It's not perfect and the sides aren't cushioned leaving them to warp when picked up by the handle but this will serve its use until I want a different bag. ... show more

The only thing that didnt fit in the bag very well was a larger eyeshadow palette. I bought this for my daughters 18th birthday. It fits 2 eyeshow palettes, a full new brush set, 2 liquid liners, 2 lipsticks, 2 full size bottles of setting spray, 2 sticks of concealer, a tube of blush and 2 bottles of primer and closes with no problem.
