The media could not be loaded. I can't attest to the durability of it as I just received it but everything else looks great. The zippers are smooth, and it looks well made. I love the layout of this makeup bag. You can change the dividers a bit which I like. It holds a decent amount too! I purchased this because I like how “flat” the bag was. I got this for my daughter as a starter makeup bag. It’s great for small items but doesn’t fit much. It fits smaller brushes, small compact, smaller eyeshadow pallets. The divider insert is a little flimsy, but still functional.
