I have a few handmade quilts that have been passed down through generations. This isn't that. Don't expect that and you won't be disappointed. At all! This set is well-made, the stitching looks good and the print is lovely. It's light but I have it layered over a comforter that I was tired of looking at and wanted a change. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, no label (maybe a return?) but in perfect condition. No loose threads or tears. It was wrinkled due to tight packaging so I washed it first. Regular wash, warm, and dried on medium heat. It had minimal shrinkage. Speaking of, I was pleasantly surprised to see the king was literally a king. Even with the deep mattress, memory topper and comforter this quilt covered the sides. Entirely? No. If you've ordered king bedding you know what I mean. I lost possibly an inch or two in width after washing but this was still ample compared to the skimpy king sizes I've ordered before. For some reason I thought the large flowers were a deeper mustard shade. They are more medium yellow-khaki and brownish. Tones of sage, dark green and ivory complete the rest of the print. The background color is far harder to describe, depending on the light. Natural sunlight pulls a blue tint from it. As the day passes it leans more green-gray. Both are soothing. The back side is a minty sage. My room is a very dark olive green with lots of natural light. These pictures were taken in afternoon sun. I'd say the closets representation of true overall color is in the lower, brightest corner of the full bed. The colors actually remind me of succulent plants. If you're on the fence, buy it. It's a true "nature" neutral color palette that could work with so much!

I have purchased two of the "green vine" queen-size quilt sets. Other quilts were too short and the mattress would show at the foot of the bed. As you can see in the photo that is not a problem with this quilt because it is 98". I love the print because it reminds me of a William Morris design. Love the dusty green and pale mustard color together. When the second quilt arrived one of the shams had a couple of tears on the front side. Looked like it had caught in a machine at the factory. Amazon sent a replacement set promptly (was not able to just get another sham). Happy with the quality and the unbeatable price.

Overall very pleased. The underside is indeed soft, not sure about the reviews saying it isn't. I did wash it before putting it on my bed though, as I do with all new bedding. Purchased a king to put on a queen bed and it hangs down nicely with enough length top to bottom to either fold down or do your pillows the old fashioned way. If the proportions hold true, I would not buy this for a king bed. I really love the color, which is true to the photo. Is it top quality stitching/quilting? Nah, but feels like it's going to hold up through washing which is important to me with my four legged bed mates.

This is a beautiful bedspread/quilt. I have a queen size bed with a thick mattress which makes the height taller from the floor so I ordered the king size to cover more on each side of the bed. I am glad I did. The pillow shams were king size so they were way longer and did not fit my standard pillows. But I was not surprised so I will make the adjustment by taking off the access material to fit my standard pillows no big deal. I am very satisfied with this bedspread. I like it because it is not too thick or thin. I did wash it before I placed it on my bed and it was very soft and had no issues while washing it.

It was an item she had picked out and desperately wanted and it did not disappoint her and she demanded I write this review for other people. She said the colors are so distinct, bright and well done and she absolutely raves about it. Everyone has their own tastes for sure, but if you like it in the pictures, she thinks you will like it when you put it on your bed even more.
