Once put together, it's really nice. However, the instructions are lacking. Instructions are vague and hard to understand. Of the 3 I've put together, this one was the hardest and took the longest. If you have your own tools and are not reliant on the ones provided, you will have an easier time. Very large and indeed a valuable product. Follow the instructions and very easy to set up with simple of steps. My kids really enjoy playing together in it, and very strong and good elasticity. Absolutely high Recommended and having fun with the whole family.

I highly recommend nobody to buy this product from this third party It took us an hour and a half to build And the main part that you jump on, was not in the box Bars were old vented Multiple screws were missing Safetynet was completely ripped This product not worth $169 Very bad quality Contact the third-party seller and did not want to give me a refund But Amazon took it upon themselves and took care of me and give me a full refund plus compensation of $50 for the inconveniences So I’m telling you do not buy this product from this third-party seller it is terrible. My kids were super excited when the trampoline arrived!! As we read thru the instructions and attempt to assemble the pieces together, there were no instructions on the nuts and bolts. We could have guessed it, but why pay so much for something that came with poor instructions. We contacted customer service right away for guidance with a video or better instructions. Customer service was quick with a response. They sent us a better instruction pamphlet in PDF form. Why wasn’t this included in the box!!?? In addition, the steps are not in order causing us to loosen previous steps in order to put the net up. Quality: I will give it a 3. A few of the poles came damage, so we had to hammer it into the connection piece and same with the connection piece, there were a few damage. The strap that are suppose to go on top of the poles, well, they do not hold the clip. So a result, we had to zip tie the strap to the pole. ... show more

I was surprised how perfect this is for younger children or even for me to exercise. Very sturdy and durable. I’m not petite and I’m not afraid it will break. Perfect if you don’t want your whole backyard space take up.

It looked exactly like the advertisement. Very easy to assemble. Everything went together easy and all the holes lined up. I read online it would require 3 adults in good physical condition. I put it together in less than 2 hours with only the help of my 5 yr old. There were a few washers missing which I replaced for less than a dollar. No big deal. I’m pleased with it and my kids love it. I gave the the supplier hell for the delayed shipping but it was during the holiday and the pandemic. More than likely was the fault of FedEx. ... show more
