We decided to purchase this trampoline after being at a neighbors party and my kids wouldn’t stop asking us to get one, the condition was that they would help assembling it (with adult supervision of course), the result was a good afternoon with the kids helping setting it up and following the instructions and afterwards a fun afternoon enjoying jumping around. It’s strong enough to use it with teenagers, just as a precaution ensure all side nets are correctly installed. It took us less than one hour to install with all the helping hands on site. The media could not be loaded. [Updated February 3, 2024] Since posting the review below, the seller reached out and rectified the situation. They were very responsive and made everything right. Even with the issues of missing hardware (a minor inconvenience) and having to redrill holes for the safety net poles (a major inconvenience), I have to say that the trampoline is well made, safe, and sturdy. My son has put it through is paces and loves it. Hopefully, moving forward, the seller will address the issues listed below. I'm leaving this at the stars because buyers need to be aware that it may not go together without some extra work. ---------------------------------------------------------- When the trampoline arrived, I checked the parts against the list of parts included and it appeared everything was there. However, when I began assembling the trampoline, I realized that the included ladder did not come with any of the bolts needed to assemble it. They were not listed on any of the documents that came with the instructions, so I did not notice they were missing until it was time to put the ladder together. I guess I'll make a quick trip to Lowe's and pick up some stove bolts. An even bigger issue was that the top poles for the netting do not fit properly on the top of the bottom poles. They are supposed to slide on and lock into place with spring buttons, but none of the holes for the spring buttons to click through were in the same place. Some went on just fine on some of the bottom poles while others would not press down far enough to click into place. I wound up re-drilling the holes to enlarge them enough that they would all fit. This added about an hour to the assembly time. If you (a) don't want to swing by the home improvement store to buy missing bolts or (b) are not inclined to drill holes to make the poles fit, I would not recommend this trampoline. Having said that, the trampoline is nice, once it is assembled. It is sturdy and seems safe. Our son and I spent about 6 hours putting it together and then he spent a couple hours bouncing on it. 3/5 because some parts are missing to build the ladder. It’s been hard going in and out of the trampoline .The slide mesh ripped easily and instructions to build the trampoline are very vague you have to figure it out as you go. Overall the trampoline is sturdy! It’s spacious and fun!
