I leaving this review on my second purchase of this backpack hoping the first backpack was and it's falling apart was just an unfortunate one time thing. Unfortunately not. It was bought for carrying a hat, lunch and small what nots while biking to and from work for my partner. It wasn't used for heavy books or anything like that. The first began to fall apart within three weeks. The second even faster. I don't know what I would recommend it for other than maybe a few pens or pencils, I mean a hat, lunch and the what nots didn't weigh over four pounds yet it fell apart like we were putting rocks in it.

The strap to hang it up ripped off within a week of use. Used only for hauling a daily folder, lunch box and water, so, nothing too heavy. The color is vibrant like the picture. It's working well for my 3rd grader other than the hang strap that I just sewed it back on.
