The bag is sturdy and well insulated. Most of the time I walked or for small things, bike to the grocery store. The bag allows me to bike and carry more. Fewer trips. Other commenters have said the zippers failed. I don't have that issue. The insulation interfered with the zipper at first but just push it down and after a few uses it isn't a problem anymore. I like that this is about half the size of the 'standard' bag that Uber gives you. I'm not interested in giving myself back problems for Ubers gigslavery. Insulated well enough and the smaller size keeps food steady naturally. Only issue is the zippers. They suck, the rain flaps constantly get stuck in them, and they hang up on the corners.
