Viewed multiple videos where Pitmasters would talk about using this instead of foil so I thought I would give it a shot. Was not disappointed at all! Tried it for the first time on an 18lb brisket and it gave me such a better bark than I could ever get with foil.

Expensive for butcher paper, but super cool. Originally purchased to wrap brisket, but mostly use as a tray liner to put a finishing touch when serving ribs or fries during group cookouts.

Great product. It worked great for lining my grill tray. I also wrapped a man's gift with it also when I didn't have any other paper to use. It worked perfect because it has the print on it.
