The exceptional customer service I received is not the norm anymore but made a huge difference This dresser is nice. There is a smell that we can’t get rid of which sucks. Smells like paint even after 3 weeks. It seems durable. Putting it together was not horrible but tedious. There’s one of the drawers that keeps coming off track but it also the little screw thing keeps falling out too. Pretty good size drawers but I do wish they were a little deeper to hold more clothes.

This is a good dresser for the price point! It did take us about 5 hours to fully assemble it. There are many pieces due to all the drawers, but the instructions are clear. The top piece is very sturdy/heavy and makes the whole dresser feel more solid. Can surprisingly fit a lot in the drawers. Using it as a nursery dresser. Has option to secure to wall.

I took a risk ordering this when there weren’t many reviews or pictures. It does look exactly like the pictures and is beautiful, so I love it. I will say that it took about 5 hours between unpacking and assembly — alone with power tools. I would highly recommend having 2 people for this. Other than that, it seems worth it so far.

The drawers do not fit, gaps, and do not close. I would give no stars on this if possible. Poor construction.

Looks great. The quality is fair. Basically what you get at the value retailers. Pricey for the quality you get. I’m fairly handy and it took about 4 hours to put together. Was therapeutic like building a Lego set. Instructional pictures were spot on and just need to follow them closely. The wood that makes up the drawers is almost like balsa wood. Very light, soft, and weak.

A LOT of pieces! Once everything was laid out it seems a little discouraging. HOWEVER, once you get started a lot of the building is repetitive. Helps when they provide a good, detailed guide book. (5⭐️) Drawers alignment was perfect (worried about this) but just follow the instructions you’ll be fine (recommend separating each part so no mix-up) Slide with ease, drawers have enough space, surprisingly high quality exterior👍🏻 For the price it looks amazing, not to small & not to big, bought a 43 inch tv to top off for my sons room. Pleasing to the eye, got a compliment from the mother-in-law.

I searched near and far, for months looking for the perfect dresser. I am extremely picky and I needed to make sure the height was up to par, while making sure the drawer sizes were large. The issue I kept coming across during my search, were drawer sizes were either too small, but the height was tall or the height was tall, but the drawers were small, until I came across this one! Not only is the height perfect for me (I'm 5'6 and wanted my top drawer to at least be waist level), but the drawers measured large enough for all my items (wouldn't suggest purchasing with the intent to put hoodies in it, but everything else fits comfortably). I kept debating on colors, but went with the white and it is, true to color. The dresser itself seems sturdy, and I like how the drawers have a soft close to them. Another bonus you can open all the drawers at once (I purchased a dresser off Amazon a few years, back and you could only open one at a time). The instructions were clear, and easy to follow. I did have an issue with the drawers, as they originally wouldn't slide all the way in, but I went against the instructions and moved the rails further back (one hole back) and it worked like a charm. If you come across the same issue, no need to redo the rails on the drawers, just on the dresser base itself (see pic). After the assembly phase, I reached out to the seller, and provided feedback on the drawers, as well as informed them I was missing majority of the F screws (I didn't wait as I wanted to finish what I started immediately, and purchased more during the assembly phase). Not only were they quick to communicate, they were polite, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Overall, I think the purchase is worth the money, and doing business with sellers like this, regardless of a few mishaps, will make you want to continue to do business with them, off the mere fact of how amazing their customer service is. I would recommend.
