My package arrived on time so that was a good start. The product was in a nice little discreet Black box which I was very pleased about. Inside the box was the product and also a small bag to store the product and remote that goes along with it. It worked very well I like the various options that you have there's not just one setting or one choice you can change that adjust it as you wish from low intensity to high there are dual functions one end has 10 different settings or patterns the other side has seven . If one doesn't work for you simply change it and find one that does fit your needs or liking. I was also very happy about the fact that these products are typically made for the average size person and I am quite a bit smaller than the average size person so typically the products don't tend to fit or work well because I am proportion smaller than the average person but I did not have that issue with this product.
