I just purchased this Tracfone with a service plan only few months and Verizon acquired Tracfone and my new smartphone is locked by Verizon and after 5 days without phone service I contacted for support several times, and their support representatives asked me to buy new phone and their new sim or old sim stopped working. When acquire Tracfone Verizon and the Tracfone should have solutions effectively ensuring to continue their customers' s phone services and make sure to help customers avoid difficulties and not face so many terrible experiences and Cold, Carelessness of these 2 companies. They should provide new sim which work or replace to new phone. Moreover, none of their representatives said will call back but never do. I plan to write 5 more review like this one to help people to avoid issues if they still do not provide proper support. I hope people will not experience with what I experienced just now. After getting everything set up on the first day I received it the screen scrambled and phone locked up. After finally getting it started up again it would randomly restart itself then the scrambled screen again. Returning it.

The processing speed is much better than the previous Tracfones I have had including the A02. However I did have to call in the sim number to customer support to get it to work because it would not read my old Tracfone sim card. The only issue is with the service. I am still only getting one or two bars through Tracfone and I live and work around in a very populated area of the city. Other than that it is a great phone. I will update if it crashes or anything. ... show more

Had the phone for about two-and-a-half weeks and it just stopped working. For some reason the phone is not charging neither will turn on. I am sending it back for a replacement. Will see what happens.
