I faced difficulty reloading my balance after the trial month was up though. Phone still works perfect, just had a hard time understanding how to pay the phone bills. Great deal for the price if you are only going to be using Wi-Fi, I'm sure there's some way to jailbreak it to get rid of the sim lock, but in my case I'm only using on Wi-Fi. Also, the battery life is unlike any other, I can use this phone for 3 days without having to charge it, guarantee I'm not using a ton but its incredible. Not to mention the speed, you aren't getting the newest flagship Samsung, so don't expect the fastest, but this is still very fast and snappy for how cheap it is. ... show more

I really liked my previous Samsung phone. This one is disappointing. It downloads apps i don't want and then a few weeks later proudly tells me it is removing them for my safety. it is constantly beeping to give me notifications i don't want. The last unwanted beeping notification came at 7:00 in the morning! There appears to be no way turn off unimportant notification beeps with out turning off the sound for all notifications. They added a call recording feature that they placed in the middle of the screen when your calling. if you hold the phone too close too your face, the touch screen will think you selected start. There is no way to remove this app either. The fingerprint sensor is mediocre, which wouldn't be too bad except the security is relentless. I am constantly having to fight with the fingerprint sensor or punch in my security code. The phone itself works well. ... show more

Works well overall but tends to lag and apps tend to crash at times but then that's my experience. It's a pretty phone that gets the jobs done: making calls, texting, downloading and using apps, using wifi, etc. Battery life is pretty good too.
