Bought one of these earlier this week and Im really impressed with it considering how cheap it is. My other phone is a Samsung s22 ultra and the A15 runs exactly the same operating system after updating it. The phone runs really smooth and does everything i need it to do. The only thing I miss is the always on display that the fancy models have, but I can live without it for the price. The camera is ok, not going to win any awards for photography, but its fine for average pictures. I added a 256gb micro SD card for additional storage since the phone itself only has 64gb. Will honestly opt for buying these instead of the $1200-$1400 samsung phones the next time I need to replace my main phone. Its hard to beat at this price. ... show more

I have another A15 5G. This one is equally good in quality and function. The phone felt brand new. With the advertised speed and ease of use. I faced difficulty reloading my balance after the trial month was up though. Phone still works perfect, just had a hard time understanding how to pay the phone bills. Don't know what's going on Samsung makes good product so here I'm thinking it may be a lemon or Amazon they have sent me a piece of crap on purpose. This phone does not work whatsoever. After charging it went to start it up it went straight to safe mode and it wouldn't come out of it. then we got on the phone to call customer service found the number on Google turned out to be a scam phone number that I called and got scammed. Lord have mercy what is the hell is happening to amazon? can't recommend anything at this point. I'm going to send this back and get another of the same. We'll see what happens then. Works well overall but tends to lag and apps tend to crash at times but then that's my experience. It's a pretty phone that gets the jobs done: making calls, texting, downloading and using apps, using wifi, etc. Battery life is pretty good too.
