I can't get enough of these distress 🦋🦋🦋 locs. I’ve tried the 8 inches, 12 inches, and now 14 inches. The loops are so much better and accessible for me to install. I get so many compliments about how beautiful they are 🥰🥰 the quantity is gorgeous 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿. One thing I can say is if you have a Sensitive scalp, please make sure you let your Distress Butterfly Loc’s sit in Apple Cider Vinegar before install them. Also, when you purchase the distress butterfly locs. Seven packs deal. They're ten strands in each pack—70 strands in total.

I loved how fast my package arrived and the Butterfly Locs arrived exactly as described. The locs are thick without being too heavy. I ended up only using 6 out of 7 bundles. These were easy & fast to install thanks to the large loops on the ends of each butterfly loc. Overall I love them!

I love these butterfly locs🦋 I’ve only had them up for about a week and a half but so far so good. They are lightweight, consistently wrapped and with a little technique, easy to install. My sides are shaved & I have an undercut so that’s the reason they appear shorter than 12 inches. I’ve experienced only a little frizz and they’re all still completely in tact (no unraveling). The loops are small but I simply pushed the hair down a bit to create a bigger hole. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them already. The locks look nice, but I bought them too long and they are too heavy. I thought they would be lightweight. So, if you are looking for heavy hair, this would be fine for you. However, if you are like me—have a lot of hair and are crocheting these into your hair, I would say you should find something lightweight. The hair also has a bit of an odor that I don’t like, either. I wanted to also say this about the company. The delivery came early, and I am very pleased with that! One thing I must mention is that I had an allergic reaction to this hair and am not pleased with that at all. So, I had to cut my hair (because it was too heavy) and will have to see if I could keep these in while washing my hair to relieve the itching on my scalp and hair. I would really appreciate a refund.

The butterfly locs are crafted very beautifully and even though they are a little on the chunky side they are still very light weight. The hair is really easy to install so it makes the style quick to do. I don’t experience any matting or tangling. The only thing I wish I would of done different is gotten 8 packs instead of 7. If I had that 1 extra pack I could of made my head more fuller to my specific preference. It’s just better to have more than less just in case in my option BUT I’M STILL CUTE and have gotten a lot of compliments! P.S. the older the locs get, the more bomb they look!

The loops are small and loc is too thick. It can hurt trying to pull it through. My head is sore not from braids but from the struggle of installing. I wanted a soft texture. These were purchased because I've seen a YouTube influencer review this several times. Her install was struggle free, mine not so much. Update: Had these in for 9 days now. When I buy synthetic hair for braiding, it doesn't make my scalp itch. But installing these have made my scalp so so itchy. It drives me crazy. I will be taking these out in the next 24 hours.

Too thick, little heavy, easy to install but I only did a couple rows. They are too thick, balky wish they had some thinner, I would purchase again if they had thinner locs. Now I’m out of over 50.00 dollars as I can’t return😞
