As soon as I open the package I know its wrong. Imagine my very PLEASANT surprise when this "unit" exceeded my expectation!! The rating threw me off 3.9....ummm. Their video is what tipped the scale plus Amazon's excellent customer service. I love the length. Style and the highlights are flattering. Differently placed. Its a keeper. I will wash it as it has a very slight hint of chemical smell but nothing that would have kept me from wearing it immediately. Nicely packed. A great steal, will be on summertime rotation. Ciao

I wear wigs everyday so my only reason for giving it a 4 star rating is because it needs to have combs to help secure the wig and it’s not as long on on side as the picture illustrates. Otherwise I love the color blend and the softness of the wig.

UPDATE: I was sent another wig free of charge after leaving my previous review so I’ve increased my rating from a 2/5 to 4/5 (couldn’t give it five stars due to it not being heating tool friendly). It needed adjusting straight out of the package, so I trimmed the bang and dipped the ends in hot water with rollers on the ends to give it a slight bump. It’s a basic throw on and go type of wig, so it’s serving its purpose. This synthetic wig is decent but my only problem was that it’s advertised as being high heat friendly but after I trimmed the bangs and attempted to curl them on a low heat setting all it did was burn the hair.
