It's a bag that holds ice. No big deal right? Wrong. It's so much more! For years, I've been making ice just for it to melt in my cooler and soak everything within. Then I got cocky and put ice in double half-gallon plastic bags. Not good. Sometimes it worked, but mostly it melted, found a hole in the bag, and repeated the soggy process. Then I found the Tourist Reusable ice bag. Simple genius. Fill it with ice. Seal it with the handle and go to the beach, the game, whatever! The best part is that when the ice melts (because that's what it does), you now have drinking water. Just pour it out of the spout on the bag. I do like the product. Works for Travel if a freezer is not available just add ice. I wish I could just freeze water in it but not sure it would hold up. Very useful wish it was less bulky. Cleans up fast and I just turn it upside down to dry. Will see how it holds up?

We have a larger size of these that we use frequently when camping, but we bought the smaller ones for Disney World to keep in the cooler in the bottom of our stroller. It was great because we could get ice from our hotel to fill them up, and then about partway through the day when the ice was melted, we could pour out the cold water and use it to wet our cooling towels to put around our necks. Since you can get free ice from any Quick Service restaurant, we would get ice from them to refill the bags. They are sturdy and work really well! No leaking! I will warn you though that they do sweat a little, especially in the Florida heat, so keep that in mind! It wasn’t a problem for us because we had them inside the cooler bag. ... show more

I bought these bags to keep fish cold in my cooler after fishing, and they’re a total letdown. The plastic is so thin and flimsy that it punctures easily—fish fins tear right through it. I’ve gone through three bags already because they either rip when dropped or get shredded by the fish. Maybe they’re okay for something else, but if you’re trying to keep fish cold, don’t bother.
