After giving this a 4 star rating i am taking it back and giving it a 1 star. Looks great for the first 8 months, then my centercaps began to peel. Called Touren and they told me the wheels are under warranty for a year but not the centercaps and that they could not help me. Less than 1 year and the centercaps peel? Got these at a fantastic price in September for my GTI. I wanted them for a winter tire set. The only concern was whether they would clear the "Performance Package" bigger brake calipers as I bought these wheels one inch smaller, as made sense to me to have a little bit more rubber for improved snow traction. So first thing I did when they arrived was to try one (although I opened and inspected all wheels, only one I used to the check the clearance) on the front hub and one on the rear. No problem there and overall quality for the price was good, again I got them at a very competitive price. Next step was to buy my set of winter tires, which I could not until Thanksgiving at Costco (Black Friday). So bought the tires and had them installed the first week of December to find out one of the four wheels had the holes wrong, so even though the weather was bad, I had to drive back hours later with the OEM wheels and tires. I looked back again to check that all wheels were the same model number and they were, so this was a manufacturing defect. After 30 minutes on the line with Amazon they agreed that although the return window had passed, as I only needed one wheel replaced, they honored the return so I could buy another wheel. Thanks Amazon. When the replacement wheel arrived went back to Costco and had the one last tire mounted and the four wheels installed only to come back for a re balancing after two weeks, turns out one of the rear wheels was bent. Thanks Michigan roads. I have to admit the wheels look the real deal on the car. I just hope I do not have to replace them all after one year, especially since I do not recall any particular instance of being victim of a terrible pot hole. So if you get them try them on your car immediately, all of them, and be extremely careful driving on bad roads, these wheels appear "softer" than what you are used to. ... show more

I bought these rims for my Toyota Matrix 2008. The rims came in a nice protected box with center caps. Pep Boys mounted them with the tire sensors, and balanced them. They are great! I did have to buy lug nuts. Because the stock ones would not work. Also, a plastic insert spacer for the center of the rims. (you cant see it, once mounted, it's in most rims) I had not heard of that. But, made perfect sense, once they showed me why. Anyway. Great rims, great price. You don't know how bad I wanted to buy the chrome rims but try telling a cop that they cost less than $400 without them thinking I sell drugs. My old rims are 19 years old, 3 of them are warped on the inside and it feels like I'm riding on sand, I got them 3 days before the said delivery, and tomorrow I will be putting them on. But I think black was the best color for me because I plan to get the car painted black on the bottom and royal blue on the top to match my motorcycle. ... show more

The seller says "... should have installed wheels purchased to ensure proper fitment on my car before mounting tires..." and making a return decision. If I would have unpackaged the wheels, and installed all 4 of them to check fitment, they would have been damaged and in a used condition. They would not have been accepted for return as well. I do not find a return policy on Amazon that states a 50% refund can only be given if the wheels are used or damaged. I was not aware of the company return policy until I printed the return labels. I should have been informed of the Amazon/Company return policy up front during the purchase of the merchandise, on the Amazon website. I disagree with the denial for full credit. These are my reasons why: The Amazon and Touren wheel configurator tools showed that these wheels will fit my car. I ordered tires and had them mounted to the wheels and prepared to put them on the vehicle. I put one wheel on my vehicle, and it caused damage to my brake caliper and I immediately removed it. I contacted 4WheelOnline through Amazon Messenger to notify the company of the issue. I spoke with the return person at the company and he said the system indicated they should fit, so I can process a return for a fitment issue. He sent me return labels, and I tried to recover the packaging from the tire shop, so I could ship them back. I was not aware of the 50% restock fee for a denied return. I do not feel it is my fault that these wheels did not fit my car when Amazon, Touren, and 4Wheel Online all indicate these wheels would fit. Mounting one of these wheels to check fitment, caused damage to my brake caliper on my passenger rear wheel. So, I expect a full refund as it is not my fault that the wheels did not fit. I trusted when I ordered these wheels that the fitment tools were accurate. I will only receive a 50% refund and should get the full amount back. ... show more

Was told these would work on a Subaru Crosstrek they do not. Rims have shake after mounting & test driving. Waste of money & time can’t return after mounting. 👎🏼
