I have wanted this TourBox Elite Plus for a long time. I finally bought one after purchasing my new Mac Studio. This little unit is a game changer. The already "short" short cuts on apple products are made easier by being able to use my left hand in my art work. The TourBox Elite Plus allows me to draw utilizing my iPad Pro. Yes, that is what I said, it works with my iPad Pro! It works with Adobe products such as Photoshop, Light Room and Illustrator. I am sure there are others as well. But this is what I use it for. In addition, I use it in Procreate on my iPad Pro. The TourBox Elite Plus streamlines the artistic process with all of these products but really shines in Procreate. It's fast and connects easily. It is also very customizable. This is a must have if you want to streamline and speed up your artistic process. And that means more money in your pocket. The TourBox Elite Plus really shines in these applications. The positions of the buttons and wheels allows for an integrative experience that adds an unparalleled tactile experience. The cost is on par with other high end mouse devices, but this one specifically reaches for the artist, photographer and graphic designer. You won't regret this purchase. I was hesitant to buy this for Procreate because of the price, but wow I’m glad I did. It makes the painting process so much smoother and more enjoyable I’m actually shocked. I hate the default brush size controls in Procreate and this makes adjusting brushes sooo smooth. The controls looked odd to me in the photos but are perfectly laid out in use. It prevents you from having to move your eyes off your work and move your grip off the pencil to tap buttons and make gestures, speeding up workflow considerably. The build quality seems great. It’s very heavy, the knobs feel solid and the buttons are nice and clicky. I saw a couple of complaints about its use of AA batteries, but this is a positive to me - get some rechargeable batteries and you can swap them out without waiting for it to recharge, plus no battery to lose capacity over time. The best accessory for Procreate is an Apple pencil, the second best is this. If you can afford it and are on the fence, BUY IT! ... show more

I have been a full time artist for nearly a decade now, and the wear of 10-12 hour drawing sessions have inevitably worsened to the point I could hardly draw for a few hours a day. Drawing on the iPad exacerbated this, the motions of repeatedly raising your hand and flexing your wrists repeatedly to adjust your canvas after every couple of strokes had me burning out faster than normal and forced me to take longer breaks to recover from the RSI. I nearly returned this after finding out I can't use it to pan on Procreate (not that they're at fault, there is literally no shortcut for it), but after about two weeks of readjusting my workflow to incorporate the Tourbox, I found that the way it eliminated 80% of needing to use touch gestures was already worth well more than what I spent on it. Forget about the pan, not having to press and hold to color pick and twisting my wrist to make aggressive rotations saved my work, my time, and my health. My only gripe with this thing is that getting it to disconnect from the iPad to the PC and vice versa requires 'forgetting' the connection manually, then holding down the button to re-pair with the next device to connect, which takes a while. Switching constantly from the iPad to the Cintiq can get annoying, but at least it's possible, and my presets do carry over. Another small nitpick I have is that its default presets for CSP are completely non-functional, you'd have to set it up yourself to CSP's defaults. I don't know how their programmers hallucinated their own shortcuts for it, but for such a luxuriously priced product, I would have expected whoever programmed these shortcuts could at least read. For professionals that make a living through their work, this is absolutely worth the investment. ... show more

I edit videos in Davinci Resolve for YouTube. I was looking for something with a jog shuttle to improve my time editing. Instead, I stumbled on this little device. I was drawn to the small and adaptable nature of it. After a few weeks using it, I can say I love it. It took a while to get used to where everything is. I have changed my buttons about a dozen times now. And yeah, a little learning curve in terms of getting used to hitting certain buttons or combos for your shortcuts. But it does eventually become muscle memory. The box is well-made. No complaints. I know some have expressed displeasure with it being battery-powered, but that doesn't bother me at all. And I'd rather not have wires if I don't have to. I rarely forget to switch it on/off so far. I got the clear-looking one. I think it was cheaper at the time for some reason. The black looks better to me. I can't say that it's made me a faster editor. Maybe slightly. I was using a fair number of keyboard shortcuts before. But it's def improved my workflow not having to reach for keys constantly. Left hand on the tourbox, right on my mouse is my typical workflow. Rarely do I need the keyboard. It just feels better. As an artist who is getting serious about practical tools this thing is it. It works with PC and APPLE so you don’t have to suffer with constantly swapping things. It's fantastic for digital art, and you can define various hotkeys for different programs. I've used similar hotkey pads from Huion, and those are okay, but the layout of this tool is much more intuitive and allows for better muscle memory. Feels very solid and well built. The weight and rubber feet on the bottom keep it from sliding around while you're using it. It's an amazing investment and once you use it, you'll never want to be without it. The only downside is that the if you're using it via bluetooth, you have to use batteries to power it. You are unable to plug it in via USB C and use it that way with iPad. However, if you're using it on desktop, you can plug it in via USB C and use it without batteries. ... show more
