Got this to have my daughter’s ashes close to my heart. It is beautiful and not gaudy. The chain is pretty, but the clasp broke after 8 months of wearing. I do take it off frequently to shower, so that may have been a big factor. I would still buy it again.

The picture is an accurate representation of the item. I had my funeral home fill for me. It is a bit heavy but it feels secure, and week made. I am confident when I wear it that I won't lose my loved ones ashes.

This item came quickly and was packaged well. No issues with the delivery. Overall, the pendent is just as described. The clasp is a little too small and we had to have a larger clasp put on. I do recommend this product. For others the clasp may work just fine.
