Ok first thing the urn is beautiful but I also thought it was used the inside is like a cement kind of feel I did inspect the inside with a flash light the dust in there is just from the finish of the inside walls of the urn no cracks or chipping paint I got the gloves and the bag I am happy with this purchase this is for my mom her favorite color was purple I had been looking at this a while now and its very big my condolences to everyone 🙏

It came with the bottom velvet all dirty and scratched.....bottom and sides all scratched up!!! Urn was filthy inside and even had powder and stains!! I'm 100% sure I was shipped a used urn! DISGUSTING!!!
