The difference between the: 1) phone pouch and the 2) phone pouch with notepad and pencil, is that the latter includes the notepad and pencil, that's it. The difference in the price is just $1 if you need a notepad and a pencil. As for me, I take notes on my phone. The phone pouch has a front pocket for a small notepad, if you have one laying around the house. And it has the elastic sleeve to hold your pencil, if you have one. This fits my iPhone 13 Pro with the Speck case. Although there might be better fitted phone pouch out there for iPhones, I like everything made by Toughbuilt, so I got this one. ... show more
