The bag is really cute and yes in the reviews it says smaller than thought . The model with the bag is either a 12 year old or they gave her a bigger bag. The bag is very small and does not have pockets . But it is very cute , I purchased an insert to go inside . Will not hold a Manila file .

The media could not be loaded. I give it 4 because the zipper is way too long,the letters are not aligned correctly,I wish it has an internal wire frames so it stand up right even though you only have a wallet and a phone inside i put my lunch bag inside to take a picture .the fabric (material)is 100%perfect

I would've like it a bit bigger, and with more pockets. You can easily fit your lunch, a small notebook, and a few small items. But cannot carry laptop or a water bottle. But overall it looks sturdy and of good quality.
