Generous, comfortable loop shoulder handles, padded for solid hand grip. I have been carrying a smaller cross body purse, so this feel spacious with 6 inside pouches, plenty of room to carry tablet &/or kindle. Zipper pouche on back. I don't 'carry' however this pouch roomy. Also medium size open slip pouch. Good for carrying easy to reach papers, ID, airline ticket or passport. The rest of the purse is lovely. Great quality inside and out. I’m keeping it bc I don’t really care about the zipper but I thought it looks strange. I even ordered a replacement thinking the first one was flawed.
