This is a nice transitional shawl/shrug to wear to Church during the spring transition weather. It's a very pretty color, the brown is a little darker in person than in the pictures but true to the tone of brown. It's very sheer but well made.

    • Cute, but what’s with the tag placement?!

I’m ~150lb, 5’10” tall, and typically order a size Large. This fits fine, and I like how it looks except… The tag. This BLACK, SHEER garment has a reasonably large WHITE tag sewn into the hem on one side. In short, the tag is VERY visible when this is worn, it can easily flip out of the garment, which isn’t attractive either, and it can’t easily be removed. I will have to get some scissors and carefully cut the fabric of the tag free from the stitching so that I don’t damage the garment itself. If the tag had matched the garment in color, it would blend in better, at least. If the tag had been placed at the neck, it would still be awkward, but at least hair could hide it. If it had been stitched separate of the hem, then I could use a seam ripper to remove it without worrying much about damaging the garment itself. Unfortunately, these are not the case. The tag is just very visible, and it’s hard to remove without damaging the garment. I don’t know what the company who made this was thinking. A sheer garment should not have a highly visible tag in a location where it cannot be easily disguised unless the tag itself can be easily removed. The shrug is cute and fits well outside of the tag issue, but yikes, the tag is an issue! ... show more
