  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic products pool entryway restoration
Size: 1 Quarts (Pack of 1) Color: Black
This was my first time using Total Boat products The top edge of our pool, steps, entryway had cracks so when doing a restoration with a Bondo product and then putting the Total Tread Kingston gray, we love the texture and sheen, but the color needed a little more depth so after calling the manufacturer , they recommended Wet Edge product we intermixed Kingston gray with the black until we got the color we we’re looking for. We are so very happy we used these products. Sheen is not too much and the non-skid is just enough. We are very satisfied and happy. We use the pool heavily over this memorial day weekend with over 40 people and dogs going in and out and it has held up with no signs of failure or scratching. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing to redo any type of fiberglass area as it worked fantastic for us. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
Size: 1 Gallon (Pack of 1) Color: Sea Green
I am a DIY guy with little paint experience. This was my first time using this product and also first time painting a boat. Please learn from me and thin the paint 10% the first time. I tried getting it done with one thick coat and it had runs all in it. The paint is very thick right out of the can. Once i got the runs out and actually followed the instructions it came out like glass. I used the roll and tip method, foam rollers and cheap 2-1/2” brush. This is a 14’-6” boat, was able to apply 2 top side coats and 1 coat on the hull. Still have plenty left for my last two coats on the hull. When I went to the garage the next morning after painting I thought it was still wet. However, it was dry and looked like wet glass. This stuff is amazing once you figure out your thinning % you like. Good stuff, I will definitely be using again. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars not for amatures
Size: 1 Quarts (Pack of 1) Color: White
This is a good paint that gives a bright hard and durable finish. But it runs very easily. you can get a great finish, the paint gun set perfect, the pressure has to be perfect, and the temperature has to be correct. I have painted over 100 cars with zero runs. I had 4 runs and they were my fault because I was racing against the rain. So, take your time plan it out. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars It's not just for boats anymore
Size: 1 Gallon (Pack of 1) Color: White
I've used Total Boat Topside for the fiberglass exterior of my motorhomes and just finised refinishing the fiberglass shower stall in my cottage. Thinning per manufacturer's recommendation and spraying with a quality siphon feed spray gun. It's not just for boats anymore. Leaves an absolutely beautiful finish. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Stuff for the Fiberglass Pool Slide
Size: 1 Quarts (Pack of 1) Color: Classic Whaler Blue
The media could not be loaded. This is not the perfect product for the pool slide because I think you’re supposed to use gel coat however, for the average weekend DIYer it’s very easy to apply a nice coat and get better results I heard. Just make sure it’s not too hot and thin it a little bit. I used a firm foam roller. Once thinned, it will produce a glassy finish and I found a little paint is better then apply a second coat. I first applied it when it was too hot and it was setting up before I could even lay it down so I definitely recommend it to be under 80° and make sure you thin it at least 10% ... show more
