Great Android 14 phone for limited use
Review Image by Allie Allie
I read a previous review where this Android phone sounded exactly like what I needed: An extra Android device for apps, not as a phone for calling or social media. There is a slight lag to the apps starting up. I had a couple older Motorola phones with Android 8 and cannot be upgraded. The apps on them are starting to no longer support an OS that old. I needed something in the realm of Android 10-11 with a bit of extra memory. 64gb on Android 14 works great. I was able to transfer 2 different older phone's worth of apps and settings onto this phone over 2 user accounts. The phone service was easily disabled. I have no interest in an unlocked phone if I can run the few apps I occasionally need. I was able to buy an inexpensive clear phone case with Mag Safe charger ring embedded, though I forgot to check if it has wireless charging. Edit - this phone doesn't support wireless charging so that case with the embedded ring isn't going to be doing any charging! Only for Mag Safe accessories! total wireless Motorola Moto g Play 2024, 64GB, Sapphire Blue - Prepaid Smartphone, 6.5" ... show more

Great phone!
This phone was a Christmas present for my 10 year old daughter... and I almost kept it! I was skeptical because it was less than $30 but I am so impressed with the value for the money. This phone is perfect size and the display is great. It's very "up to date" with touch screen, fingerprint scanner etc. Video calling has been great, great picture and sound. I am so happy with this purchase. I couldn't have chose anything better! ... show more

Great wifi phone for under 30 dollars
I like this phone and is a great screen for my wifi backup camera and secondary rear view mirror since my Pathfinder has so many blind spots with the tints, especially at night.

Excellent mini tablet.
Comes brand new in box branded total wireless, setup says tracphone, shrug. Good as a mini tablet, camera, flashlight. only downsides are a bunch of random games and naggy moto stuff to deal with at first. Gotta disable 'mobile services manager' via settings asap, better if before connecting to wifi. Ready to use as mini tab in 3 mins including startup time. by 4mins, disable, uninstall those and untick home&lockscreen-lockscreen-wake. Fdroid, Moonlight, vnc, nomachine, and bluetooth controllers work on this to control headless computers. 1600x720 screen -thats 720p+ excellent color. camera defaults to 12.5MP, but can turn rear photo resolution high to get to 50MP. 6144x8160 pixel pictures. ... show more
