This is the first time I have used air brush makeup and I wonder what took me so long ! I was lucky that most of my life I could get away with very little foundation, but after age 65 the aging process kicked in and suddenly I had brown spots and very uneven skin tone. Everything looked cakey, and not even expensive primers could help smooth out the appearance of my foundation. I tried so many different types but they all stayed in the small wrinkles and looked made up. None blended and most didn't cover unless applied in several layers. It was depressing and frustrating and some days if I was tired or stressed I wouldn't go out because at my age it all shows in my face. This air brush foundation is a miracle! I am so relieved and delighted to find something that covers without looking cakey and painted on. This is the best product I've ever found for a women of 67 that looks natural and light. I will say that I have to shave as the peach fuzz shows with any foundation. My friends say they have been doing it for years but I was lucky and had been able to avoid it longer than most women. Facial salons do it as part of skin care regimens but I am doing it myself once a month. If you do that your skin will look fabulous with this foundation. I got the beige and it is perfect for my medium to faintly tan skin. I have avoided sun since the 80's but living in Hawaii you can't completely get away from it. I am ordering more today because I don't want to run out. Many other brands were much more expensive so at $12.95 I am stocking up. I believe it will keep much better than bottle or compact foundations being in a sealed pressurized container. Another plus is that it is 2.3 ounces which is twice what you usually get, I paid $27 for 1 ounce for my last experiment. You spray it on the brush that comes with it and you use a tiny amout, lightly brushing it over the face. A few hairs did come out, 2, but not enough to bother me. I think this is the answer for aging women who are likely all experiencing the same issues I had. I don't understand the comments about lack of coverage, I have a very dark bluish burst of blood vessels that never got covered before, that this foundation covered. If you let it dry then go back and just dab the spot again with the brush worked great. I am writing 2 weeks later to say that all my friends said how great my skin looked and that they didn't think I had foundation on at all. I put it in at 8 am and at 6 pm it looks good with everything still covered with no applications during the day. This is a first, nothing ever lasted all day ever. I am thrilled with this air brush foundation and feel good about my appearance for the first time in 2 years. I have received nothing free for this review, but hey maybe they'll send me some in the future or a coupon.

Update: I'm leaving the original review as it was my first impression of the product. This foundation has become my go-to since I bought it now, the coverage is lovely, doesnt look cakey, doesn't oxidize, doesn't sit in my pores, doesn't make my skin flaky like most foundations do on my sensitivite skin, and it doesn't budge after sweating and getting oily after a 24 hour wear. I still don't use the brush it came with because it's shedding as we speak and it's just sitting in my brush holder. So I am unfortunately deducting a star because I bought the product specifically because it came with the brush. The product isn't as messy once you get used to it, I just spray it directly on the back of my hand at a closer proximity and use a brush or sponge from there. I usually break out in hives with perfumed products but I haven't had any issue which is amazing! My skin looks smooth, even, matte, and haven't really had to use concealer on my acne spots. Overall a great product and will be buying more (without the brush) in the future. Original review: I gave this 3 stars mainly because the coverage was decent and didn't look cakey or flakey, deducted stars because the brush is cheap trash, the product itself is pretty messy (not really surprising with it basically being in a spray can) but to get the product out you have press pretty hard and that ends up with a bunch of product everywhere but the brush or sponge and you get the light mist of product with a couple droplets here and there. The product itself has a perfumy smell, almost like dove soap (?), Not a huge fan of that. The color match was spot on though. The coverage itself is actually nice and light as long as you dab the product on your hand to remove excess before applying it, definitely buildable. It doesn't feel drying and touching my skin after it dried has a velvety texture, I always do a blot test with a tissue to see if there's any residue and there wasn't any. I'm going to do full review and update this after wearing it for an 8 hour shift and see if it oxidizes and if there's longevity.

I like the uniqueness of the product; the spray gives a thin layer of foundation on your face that can be built up for extra coverage. But I find just once is enough to smooth my skin tone and cover blemishes. A little goes a long way. I bought the fair, but it's too light. Next time I'll get the medium. I usually wear a beige color in other brands. It lasted about six hours w/o touch up.

The media could not be loaded. First, the pros - the packaging was beautiful and arrived quickly. The foundation is lightweight on the skin and is medium coverage with ability to add for full coverage. The brush is soft and good quality, no streaks. Bottle is a decent size. Now, the con (only 1)- there wasn’t an option to choose undertone for the skin. Cool, neutral, warm, it’s kind of a “one size fits all” kind of foundation, which didn’t work perfectly for me. The Buff Beige color runs warm and, being an air brush foundation, there’s not an easy way to add BB Cream for olive skin tones. Side note- I have an olive skin tone and haven’t found any airbrush foundation that works perfectly with it.
