If I could give no stars—I would. I purchased this pair of shoes for my daughter’s birthday. She wore them exactly three times before they broke. I reached out to Amazon and was sent directly to Tori Burch for assistance. Tori Burch would not respond to my emails, so I reached out to their customer service via phone. I was told there to reach back out to Amazon. It seems no one is willing to help. And in today’s economic climate—a pair of $200 shoes is tremendous. I’m attaching photos. Buyer beware. If they break…You are just at a loss. Had my daughter worn these more than three times I would understand wear and tear. But this is just trash craftsmanship. ... show more
