Me gustaba mucho esta bolsa de Tory Burch. Compré la primera directamente a Tory Burch.com. Después de varios meses de uso el mango corto se deshilachó. TB me recibió la cartera dañada y me devolvió el dinero. Cometí el error de comprar la misma cartera por segunda vez, pero esta vez la compré a Amazon. Desafortunadamente después de varios meses también el mango cortó empezó a deshilacharse. Me comuniqué con Amazon pero como ya había pasado el tiempo durante el cual podía devolverla, no me devolvieron el dinero. Amazon me sugirió que me comunicara con el fabricante (TB). Tory Burch reclamó que por no cómprasela a ellos directamente no me podían devolver el dinero. TB me sugirió llamar al suplidor de Amazon (ShopBop). Ellos tampoco me resolvieron. En fin, perdí $348.00 mas impuestos, pues ni Amazon, ni el suplidor, (ShopBop), ni el fabricante (Tory Burch) respaldaron el producto. No recomiendo este producto! Obviamente no volveré a comprar ningún artículo costoso en Amazon a no ser que tenga una garantía de por lo menos tres años con el fabricante. ... show more

I absolutely love this little bag! The quality is very luxe, the leather is super soft yet feels durable, and it’s soooo pretty! It’s on the smaller side but holds everything I need on a daily basis.

The media could not be loaded. This bag was listed as new, but upon opening the box the packaging and paper around the bag was damp. Note...the shipping box was bone dry. So this was packed damp. I opened the bag and there were noticeable signs of wear. A scratch on the front, stains in the bag, faded letters...the dust bag itself was covered in mold. I am so sad.
