i have sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin, and i've been using this for about a month with no breakouts. it absorbs nicely with no stickiness and a little really does go a long way, so the tube has lasted for longer than i thought it would. i bought it as a replacement for the cerave lotion, and so far it's holding up pretty well against the winter on the US east coast; i use it on its own without layering with any other hydrating products, and my skin doesn't feel dehydrated or tight except when the temp starts dipping under 30F. i also love that you can choose to get it in a squeeze tub instead of a jar because it feels so much more sanitary than dipping your fingers or a spatula into the product. it's definitely pricier than some of the other lotions/creams out there, but my picky skin is adjusting so well to it that i'm more than happy to keep buying it.

I know most people look for moisturizers that do a million things. Me? I'm just looking for one that doesn't break me out, sinks into my skin easily, and does its job - aka keeping my face moisturized for a significant amount of time. This does it all. I live in a fairly dry area. The humidity in my house is regularly around 30% which dries me out. So I was looking for a daily moisturizer that was fairly inexpensive and I could use twice a day, noon and night, in all seasons. I needed one that was light enough for super hot summers (so much sebum) but moisturizes enough during biting cold winters (sandpaper dry face). I also have acne prone skin and this didn't cause me to break out so it's a win in my books. This moisturizer has a water-y gel like consistency that goes on very easily. And a little goes a long way. It sinks into the skin in about 5 minutes on bare skin and about 10 minutes if you apply after serums. It doesn't have a sticky feel once it sinks in and no scent which is a plus in my books. I can't stand face products with a strong scent. The smell gives me a headache. Not gonna lie, when I'm feeling to lazy to do all my skin care steps, I just wash my face, slap some of this on my face, wait 5-ish minutes to let it sink in, and then go to bed. My face looks well hydrated in the morning. And the fact that this now comes in squeezable tubes? YAAASSSSS!! I hate creams that come in jars. They're clunky, heavy, and require a spatula to remove product in order to keep it sanitary. Pump bottles are nice but they're also clunky, heavy, and difficult to get every last bit of product. Squeeze bottles for the win. If Torriden reps read this, please never change the formula and always have this container option 🙏

I did not expect such a good result from this price moisturizer! I have a oilly combination skin, but in winter with heater on, my skin special cheek area are really dry and sensitive. I tried lots of products including cerave, nothing helps. but this product! this lotion calm my skin and keeps it good condtion after only first night! I could not believe it! but it works! and itis not heavy at all, more like gel foam. I use good amount spead on my face, and it takes some time to absorb and leave a none greasy finish. again, amazing, really a good try!

I am 32 with slightly dry skin. I do have a 10 step skincare routine and apply this as the last step. It’s refreshing and hydrating but I don’t think this will provide enough moisture in the winter. Also, I think if you are applying this alone - it will not be enough for someone with dry skin. I think this would be great for someone in their teens and twenties or someone who uses toned/essences/serums before their moisturizer. Has a nice cooling effect.

My teen daughter is VERY MUCH SO all about skin care. After researching several products, SHE LOVES THIS MOISTURIZER! Once applied, her skin glows and shines as this product is extremely hydrating and doesn’t leave face feeling oily or heavy! This jar lasts her about 2.5-3 months as you dont need alot - Definitely a great size for the money!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND and NO this is not a paid review!!

I was so excited to see this on sale because I was running low on the first container of it that I had! I have combination skin and I love how this moisturizer keeps my skin moisturized without leaving it greasy or oily feeling. The other day I was extracting blackheads (after taking that selfie and seeing all of the blackheads in broad daylight) and it left my face really red and I had a date to go to.... but after washing my face and applying this product the redness went down a noticeable amount. Although I've been using it for a while now I'm not the most observant about how well "anti-redness" products work, but because I was really watching for it, I noticed it working right away and surprisingly well. I'm a believer now. I will never use a different moisturizer again LOL!

I am in love with this moisturizer! It has a gel like consistency to and absorbs extremely fast. It doesn't even feel like you have moisturizer on which a lot of heavier moisturizers feel like. This is an exact dupe of the Clinique moisture surge 100 hour moisturizer if you are looking for one. And the best part? You get 3.38 ounces of product while you would only get a once equivalent if you were to purchase the Clinique moisture surge! Overall, I highly recommend this product not only because it feels so good, but it also moisturizes so well!

Once it dries, it makes my face feel a little dry. I tried putting more product on and still feel dry after application. For the price, it's not for me. It didn't irritate my skin/rosacea, so that's great. But I need something that's a bit more hydrating.
