I live in SoCal so we don’t really get super cold but during the cooler months I like to wear my tanks with some sort of cover up. I generally don’t wear cropped items because of my size but I had been looking at this adorable cropped shrug for a while. This shrug is a brilliant and beautiful red. The daisies are a matching red velvet with a mesh red background. The trim on the sleeve, bottom and collar are a heavier sweater like material. The body of the shrug is made of a lightweight nylon and spandex. While the listing says that you can machine wash it the tag says that it needs to be handwashed and air dried. I tried this on with a few of my new outfits and love how it looks with both dresses and pants. It does a great job of covering up my arms and keeping me a little warmer than going without a jacket. I wanted a cute layering piece that would work over dresses and tanks without being too heavy. Torrid is always reliable for plus-size fits, so I grabbed this shrug. It’s lovely the fit is spot on, the fabric feels nice against the skin, and the daisy mesh detail adds a playful touch without being overdone. Super soft, cute, girly, and flattering. The silhouette is flattering and it fits the chest well. It isn't normally my style, but the red is vibrant enough for me to fem up my Bills gear on game days (or any day.) GO BILLS!
