It is stiff enough so that if I pickup the phone by the edge of the case, it doesn't "peal away" from the sides of the phone body. It has the perfect amount of grip to prevent it from sliding off of smooth/slick surfaces even at an angle, yet it feels smooth to the touch and does not pick up lint, etc. The buttons are black on mine so they are easy to see and they work great. I bought a black one initially for myself, which my wife who is cheap with cases, picked up my phone and immediately wanted that case. So I had to purchase a green one for myself. The only downside was the green variant did not come with different button colors, where as the black version came with red and yellow buttons. In terms of the case, it fits perfectly and has a high-quality build to it. The buttons are also very tactile --honestly the most tactile buttons I've ever had on a case (I had an Incipio). I have been using the Torras case on my iPhone for several months. Although I am usually quite careful with my phone, the case has done an exceptional job protecting it when I have been occasionally careless. After several drops onto concrete, asphalt and other hard surfaces, the case still looks brand new and the phone is in perfect condition. I did contact customer service after the case button for lowering the volume on my phone went missing. I believe it came out as a result of a drop. Janson replied promptly to my concern. After sharing the details of the situation, he went the extra mile to get a new case shipped out to me promptly. It arrived in two days. I expect that kind of quick service at the time of sale, but I was not expecting it on an after-sale customer service concern. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the case and the company's customer service. This is great product at a great price. I will definitely buy Torras again! ... show more
