Light yet very protective. I’ve had a few drops without a scratch. Also soft and sleek making for a comfortable hold. The stand is also great as you can either go vertical or horizontal for scrolling or viewing. The magnet connects well to my portable charger and my car vent holder. Case is easy to put on and remove and seems pretty durable based on a week’s use. I’m happy with the purchase. It’s worth the buy.

So I have been reviewing a Torras PStand case for the iPhone 16Pro Max for the past week with my iPhone 14 ProMax while I’ve been waiting on the availability of the 16 ProMax, to protect my iPhone, as the 16 ProMax is only slightly taller than my 14 Pro Max, in order to review the cases MagSafe capabilities as well as to comment on its look and feel to the average individual. First let me say that the case’s appearance is almost identical to the iPhone 14 ProMax Pstand case, the color I chose was black and it has a “frosted” [or slightly opaque] back [they have a couple of others that have clear backs]. The case is almost identical to the iPhone 14 ProMax with the exception that the newer case has a cutout to accommodate the new “camera control” button on the right-hand side. The “cutout” is like the “cutout” that is used on the iPhone 14 ProMax Pstand case for the “ring/mute” switch, only slightly bigger as the camera control button itself is just that, bigger. It will be interesting to try this feature out with the 16 ProMax once it arrives. The buttons on the case for power, volume, and the 16 ProMax’s “Action” button, are all more a “raised” button type, vs the “cutout” type where you could see the edge of the phone around the edges of the buttons. These “sealed” buttons will prevent any dust getting inside the case that way. The speaker cutouts match the phones speaker arrangement [four holes on the one side and six on the other] and the USB C port can accommodate many different non-Apple USB C cables. The phones feel is very familiar to that of the 14ProMax in that it is “grippy” and non-slippery while holding it and doesn’t feel in the slightest that it might slip out of my hand while using it. When placed on its back on a flat surface, the case does NOT slide around with ease, so it’s unlikely to slip off a flat surface any time soon. The stand supports the phone in either portrait or landscape position when opened and feels pretty sturdy when in that position and closes flush with the rest of the case when closed. I have watched a couple of movies and YT videos in landscape mode and the angle it places the phone is good for viewing. Now as for the MagSafe feature the magnet strength is very, very good. I have a MagSafe car vent mount in my Honda, and I drive a little over an hour to work each day, and for the last month there has been quite a bit of reconstruction and expansion in sections of the highway that I drive to and from work on, and I can tell you that I’ve not had one instance of the phone case falling off the mount or falling on the floor of the car, regardless of whether I am on smooth or bouncy, or rough sections of the highway while at speed. It is very strong. I also like the fact that the MagSafe feature works well with MagSafe charging stands, as well as non-MagSafe charging stands. The bottom line is this is a very good case, and I am looking forward to using it with the iPhone 16 ProMax.

TORRAS Case this review is: TORRAS Strong Magnetic & Seamless Stand for iPhone 15 Pro Max Case, Fit for MagSafe, Mil-Grade Drop Protection, Adjustable Kickstand for iPhone 15 ProMax Case for Work/Video, Slim Frosted Matte Blue. Wireless charging in 2023 Tesla Model Y: My iPhone 15 Pro MAX “naked - no case” has to be upside down to charge in My Model Y Wireless charging cradle below the large touch screen on either driver or passenger side, and is finicky about being in just the right position. Previously old iPhone 11 Pro MAX in a Beetle (non- MagSafe) Case worked easily and well for wireless charging. I tried a couple of other cases in the Y that did not charge wirelessly at all in my Tesla. Now for this new TORRAS case: it works great wirelessly charging the iPhone 15 Pro MAX, right side up, in the Model Y on either driver or passenger side. Note: In various ads TORRAS boasts that the magnets array and strength they use enhances wireless charging. My experience proves this is true. My iPhone 15 Pro Max with no case had to be upside down and wiggled a lot to get it to charge in Model Y vs the iPhone 15 Pro MAX in the TORRAS case that makes it not finicky at all. Also at home with old Samsung hockey puck style wireless chargers when the iPhone 15 Pro MAX was in other brand MagSafe cases it was always finicky to get it to charge. With the new TORRAS case - no problem at all - charging just started immediately with no special attention required. Clearly the TORRAS MagSafe case back and extra strength magnet array are definitely enhancing the inductive charging pulsating magnetic field that induces current into the 2nd half transformer coils in the iPhone. Half of coils in charger and half of coils in phone brought close enough together, and through magnetic induction - make a working transformer. TORRAS has clearly done their engineering very well - I admire their work! A protective case back necessarily increases the distance between the primary and secondary coils in the wireless inductive charging situation, and this play’s hell getting the wireless charging to work at least as well as no case at all - much less actually better. A well designed fixed magnet array is adding extra distance, but playing magnificently well with the pulsating AC current that produces magnetic induction. It’s like a 3 person relay race running just as fast or faster than a two person hand-off race. Something I should mention: with inductive charging it is important to get the charger ‘charging-surface’ and ‘phone back charging area’ as flat against each other as possible. I forgot to mention that I put an Ailon Camera Lens Protector over the three camera lenses on the back of my iPhone 15 Pro MAX. This has no consequence with my old Samsung hockey puck style chargers ‘cause the camera lenses aren’t in the charging area at all. However, in the Tesla Model Y, charging the iPhone 15 Pro MAX with no case but with camera lens protector does lift one end of the phone back up a tiny bit more which is not good for inductive charging, and I did not remove the camera lens protector (the Ailon protector covers all three lenses with one protector), some others have 3ea individual lens protectors, but all add very little thickness. Reading the net on this subject, many people did mentioned the iPhone 15 Pro MAX with “no” case having to be upside down to get it to wirelessly charge in the Tesla. With my new TORRAS case on my iPhone 15 Pro MAX, it charges just fine right side up, driver or passenger side, and it does not lay perfectly flat as the three cameras Lens bezel does stick out further than the rest of the case back. For protection, the lenses surface are recessed below the small bezel on the back of the case around the lenses. The excellent engineering of the TORRAS MagSafe magnets make the back of case itself “the effective charging area surface” rather than the back of the actual iPhone deeper down in the case. Also, eyeballing it the “lenses’ bezel is less high above the TORRAS case back” than the “no-case-at-all camera lenses above the naked phone back.” And, that helps a bit too. All in all, I am impressed and very happy with my TORRAS case for iPhone Pro MAX. OH Yeah, with a quality Tempered Glass Screen protector (Spigen in this case) installed on the front screen of the iPhone, the TORRAS case comes very close to the screen protector, but mercifully does not touch it. With cases that touch the screen protector it can cause the tempered glass to try to flex which causes air to get under the screen protector making an air bubble under the glass - aggravating. Very accurate engineering on TORRAS part prevented this from being a problem. Also my Ailon camera lenses protector fits well with the TORRAS case and doesn’t protrude above the lenses’ bezel. I believe individual lens protectors will also fit well.

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max case from Amazon, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell that this case was made with premium materials and designed to perfection. It fits my phone like a glove, offering a sleek yet sturdy feel that provides excellent protection without adding unnecessary bulk. The design is both elegant and functional, allowing easy access to all buttons, ports, and the camera. I also love how the raised edges offer extra security for the screen and camera, making me feel much more confident about my phone’s safety. What truly sets this case apart is the incredible attention to detail. The texture offers just the right amount of grip, so I never worry about it slipping out of my hand. It strikes the perfect balance between durability and style. I’ve gotten several compliments on how the case looks and feels! But the experience didn’t stop there. I was even more impressed with the fantastic customer service! After receiving the case, I noticed a QR code that could be scanned to activate a lifetime warranty. I wasn’t expecting much, but I went ahead and scanned it. The process was incredibly easy, and within minutes, I was connected to a customer representative who walked me through the activation process. The rep was not only friendly but also highly professional. They assured me that my warranty was fully activated, and I felt so valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such prompt and thorough customer service these days, but this company really went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Having the peace of mind that my case is covered under a lifetime warranty is amazing! This case is not only stylish and protective but backed by a company that truly cares about its customers. If you’re looking for a reliable, durable, and beautiful case for your iPhone 16 Pro Max, I can’t recommend this one enough. The product is top-tier, and the customer support experience was nothing short of exceptional. Five stars all the way! 🌟

When I upgraded my phone, I decided to buy this Torras case because I had truly loved the previous ones I’ve owned. I really like this case because it looks and feels good in your hand as well as is protective. I dropped my phone a number of times since I’ve had it and so far, nothing has happened to it. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars.-is because of the kickstand. even though it does its job, it’s not as stable as the ring kickstand you find on the other cases. The tens to tip over if you touch the phone on the opposite side of where the kickstand is. It’s better to spend the extra $10 to get to integrated round kickstand because it’s at the center of the phone and as a last chance of tipping the phone over. Apart from that, this is a good case.

Basically, every year I get a new phone. And every year, I go back to this exact phone case/stand. It has protected my phone multiple times now. More than paid for itself. great sturdy phone stand. I can stand the phone in portrait or landscape mode without a problem. And, more importantly, some cases don't have their own chi2/magsafe magnate built in. When this thing hooks up to the charger, it takes some force to pull it off. This is one of the best phone cases I have used. I highly recommend it.

The future is here, and it's called the Next Generation iPhone 15 Case. As an avid iPhone user, I've seen my fair share of phone cases, but this one is truly in a league of its own. It's a perfect blend of aesthetics, performance, and convenience, and it's exclusively designed for the iPhone 15 with a 6.1-inch display. One of the standout features of this case is its ability to seamlessly combine strong magnetic capabilities with a flush stand design, all without interfering with each other. When the stand is open, it unlocks a world of possibilities. I can enjoy watching videos on my iPhone 15 while wirelessly charging with magnetic accessories at the same time. But what truly amazes me is how the stand completely disappears when folded, leaving me in awe of its design ingenuity. The reimagined magnetic experience this case offers is a game-changer. Thanks to the pioneering Halbach magnet array, each of the 38 magnets in this case precisely aligns with the iPhone's built-in magnets. This ensures fast, secure, and stable magnetic connections, making charging faster and safer. In fact, it boasts a whopping 60% stronger attraction than an official Magnetic case. With an 18N powerful magnetic force, I never worry about my phone not being securely attached while wirelessly charging or sliding off the car mount, even on bumpy roads. But what truly sets this case apart is its SGS Certified Protection. It offers total peace of mind during accidental shocks and drops. The TORRAS X-Shock air cushioning structure combined with highly resilient TPU material provides beyond-military-grade protection. This means that my iPhone 15 gets covered on all sides, ensuring that it stays safe and sound. The delicate screen and camera lens are thoughtfully protected with 1.0mm and 1.5mm raised coverage, effectively preventing scratches and potential repairs. The flexible stand in this case, is a work of art. Inspired by sports car door handles, it's as beautiful and invisible as a seagull's wing in flight. It's been rigorously tested, enduring over 30,000 folding cycles, showcasing its durability. Constructed with high-carbon steel hinges, it's built to last. What's truly remarkable is that the kickstand can seamlessly fold into the back of the case without adding any extra bulk to the surface. Even when it's folded, the kickstand seems to disappear, and I don't even feel its presence, which is a testament to the level of thought and precision that went into its design. Finally, TORRAS Care is the icing on the cake. This case is specifically designed for the iPhone 15 with a 6.1-inch display, so it's essential to check the model number before purchasing. If, for any reason, you encounter a product issue or accidentally purchase the wrong model, TORRAS offers 24/7 support through Amazon Message Center. Their 6-hour fast response time and 180-day warranty guarantee provide the peace of mind that you're in good hands. The Next Generation iPhone 15 Case by TORRAS is an absolute game-changer. Love my case. Perfect functionality, solid, and love the stand. 8 mos into owning it, had an issue where one of the volume buttons had come off. Sent a message to the vendor and I had a new case in my hands within 4 days. Now that’s excellent customer service! Can’t go wrong with this one.
