(Not pictured is the *perfect* installed screen protector currently in use…you can’t see it anyway so hopefully this will help enough.) This is my second time buying TORRAS screen protectors. I liked the design of the one I had on my 11pro so came back to this brand for my 14pro. With my 11pro I did have some issues with static attracting dust so I highly recommend working in a pre-steamed bathroom or an otherwise dust free environment. That said it’s really quite easy to get a good install if you mitigate the dust. The guide frame for the 14pro is perfect and very easy to use. Some I’ve used have too much wiggle room or seem like they don’t really fit the device. The product itself is top notch at a really decent price. The black beveled edge makes it practically invisible by both sight and touch, and the screen itself is CRYSTAL clear. This is huge to me because I’m a sensory person. The anti-fingerprint coating is effective though will likely wear out over time (the keyboard area doesn’t clean as easily on my old phone, but the protector is otherwise still in good shape after a long period of use…a year+, but not sure when I bought it). For now, it feels fantastically smooth and fluid to the finger tips. The lack of cutout for dynamic island is a win. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I waited to unbox my new phone until the protector had arrived (perfect screen install and no worries about dirt/oils/fingerprints on a new, never-touched screen) but saw many review complaining about cut outs ruining the dynamic island experience. I get it now. You definitely want the contiguous screen protector with no cutouts on this one. If you want the protection from scratches, cracks AND fingerprints without compromising the user experience with your phone, this is the product for you. I was happy enough with my first to return and absolutely thrilled with the newest rendition now. I also had an issue with one of the screens in my 2-pack having a pockmark. Yes, I’m certain it wasn’t dust. Firstly the company sent a message through the Amazon app to encourage activating the warranty and ensure I was pleased with my purchase. I responded, explaining about the pockmark and have already received a replacement. I think her name is Mona…she was a pleasure to deal with and followed through as promised. This will be my brand of choice as long as they maintain this level of care and quality. P.S. I also realized that the Casetify I ordered will take ages to arrive, so I ordered what I thought would be a throwaway temp case to protect my phone until then…I’m tempted to upgrade to the MagSafe version because the TORRAS case for 14pro is also quite impressive and delightful in hand. ... show more

    • Writing this review so I can remember the best screen protector I’ve used to date

Usually when a new iPhone comes out every year, after the announcement from Apple, I go and order the accessories. It’s always 2-3 different cases and 2-3 different brands of screen protectors. When I get the iPhone at 8:00am on launch day, I go home, or to my office, straight to the bathroom install a screen on it. I usually compare them and the select the one that covers the most surface area. I order multiple brands just in case one breaks, I go to the next. Usually i’d go thru all them by the end of the week, as one breaks, or something about the other I didn’t like and so I’d replace. So this Torra’s screen protector, at first, I didn’t really care for it due to the black trim around the outer edge. But when I ran out to protectors (after breakage every week or so many days), I decided to use the Torra’s temporarily while I wait for another brand. Well, at first I really liked that fact that this screen protector is larger than all the other protectors I’ve used. And not just for the 13 Pro Max. But this Torra’s covers the most surface area and then some, without being overly large that it doesn’t fit properly. I really like that fact that it really fits PERFECTLY and more than covers all lighted area. I didn’t have to push or pull to find the sweet spot like all the other protectors before. OK, so it was on and I didn’t think anything else until this evening when I had to replace it. It has been more than 4 months since I put the last protector on, and I just thought to myself tonight this has been the longest I’ve ever used ONE screen protector. And the reason why I had to replace it was because I was working and had a tripped and fell sideways and the phone smashed against a concrete slab and my weight and the impact FINALLY cracked it. Normally, with the other screen protectors, some of them broke when I tossed my phone one the floor when I go to shower. I or when I sat my phone somewhere and something else impacts it while it’s sitting there and those always resulted in cracks. BUT all of these happened with this Torra’s, on top of a trip to the Dominican Republic back in January and several outdoor activities. And until tonight, I didn’t realize I hadn’t replaced a screen protector on this phone until now. This is THE STRONGEST and BEST fitting screen protector I have ever used. I just ordered another so the next time, I don’t go back to using cheap ones that break easily. I have memory problem so I have to do this now before I forget next time. ... show more
