The media could not be loaded. Cons: It did kinda irritate my skin. I already have sensitive skin so I wasn’t surprised. Pros: I love this product! I washed my hair on Thursday, I ended up put mousse and pomade in my hair Friday morning to get ready for work. I got home yesterday when it came and (I didn’t rewash my hair) just started pouring it in my hair (it’s very water so maybe get a spray bottle for it). I didn’t leave it in that long, but I think if you have thicker hair you should leave it in for 30+ minutes. After letting it sit I got in the shower and just risen my hair. It felt very rough afterwards (don’t panic lol). I put some oil serum in my hair which helped my blower get through my hair, so I suggested doing the same. Once it was completed dry I just flat iron my hair as usual and I only did 1-2 passes. My hair feels amazing! I’m really excited about this product because it really keeps the humidity down and it doesn’t weigh your hair down at all. I get super frizzy hair with the Florida weather. The cheapest keratin treatment at the salon was $165, so after viewing the video, I took a shot. Super easy to use and my hair was shiny, soft, and easy to manage and style. This is a keeper for me.

I have naturally 2C curly/wavy hair that I love. Since having my first baby though, I haven't been able to take care of my curls. So I was looking for a treatment to give me a somewhat permanent straight style. At first I followed the directions included with the bottle (which are different than those on the bottle). The only reason I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I first used the directions that came with the product, they didn't work. I had to go to YouTube to find a video of how to use. It's important to put the product on dry hair, not wet. So once I had the right directions, I left the product on for only 30 minutes because ultimately I didn't want my hair to be stick straight, I wanted it to still have some body. I am so surprised by the results and I can't say enough good things about how this product worked! It gave me relaxed hair (which is what I was going for) that I can go an extra day between washes with, that's less tangled, less frizzy, and much more manageable. I highly recommend this product and would only advise to watch the YouTube directions instead of following the ones on the bottle. ... show more

El producto estaba desparramado. Me lo aplique y habia bajado mis ondas pero el pelo estaba duro. A la siguiente semana estaba un poco mas suelto pero feo. Y cada dia se salia mas a más. Mi pelo se puso horrible y escaso. Me lo tuve que cortar. Ha sido una terrible experiencia.
