This is pretty nice fabric, all things considered. Other reviews cautioned that there's a distinct odor to the vinyl, but for the price and quality others mentioned, I was willing to try it. There IS an odor, but I hung the vinyl out on my clothesline for a day or two (no rain) and the smell dissipated. I needed to reupholster some stools for my classroom, so I was able to use 1 yard to cover all 4 stools. Very happy with how the vinyl was easy to work with. They look much better now, and I actually had a compliment from the teacher who previously used the stools before handing them down to me... she barely recognized them! ... show more

This vinyl/faux leather looks great, sews really nice but it smells! I aired it in the garage for 2 weeks and it helped but now while sewing the stink is obvious. I hope as the project airs it will completely disappear. Other than the smell, it really is good quality. I give it 4 stars because the quality is so nice. ... show more

I reupholstered my moms chairs & the. Poor seems to have a little purple hue to it. I’m fine with it and adding those little tacks helped hide the imperfections as well. Overall I’m happy with the product and great thick quality. It’s also a great price & arrived so quickly. Can’t beat it
