    • Initial thoughts are good.
I have had other sleds but they are noisy and not very smooth on the roadway. The workout though is fantastic. When this smaller version of the tank came out I kept my eye on it but Amazon wasn’t carrying it. Now that they do I pulled the trigger. Price was the best I found as well. Ordered on a Monday and got it on Thursday. No issues with any shipping damage and it is well packaged. Took a few minutes to get up and running as you have to mount the rear crossbar and tires. They supply the tools needed. You also need to make sure the tires are inflated to 30 psi so have a pump handy. There are 4 settings N, 1, 2, 3. Neutral is how you move it around. It turns easily just step on the back to raise the front tire and spin to point it. 1 is pretty easy but also the best running setting. 2 gets tougher by a bit and a good long distance grinder. 3 I thought was tough and again a grinder. On any setting you can raise the front tire and spin it back from where you came from. I did not use any weight plates and not sure I am going to need to. The sled tracked true and didn’t pop up for me. I have not tried pulling it yet though so maybe they would help there. I am 6’3 250ish. My cardio is terrible right now but I don’t feel I lack decent strength. It is expensive but it is quiet and smooth. It also works exactly like I hoped it would. It seems well made and it does look good. Handles do come off and you could store this vertically as well. They sell a hanger for it but I do not have it. ... show more

    • Very Disappointed
First of all this is marketed as all terrain. IT IS NOT!! Not even close. Cannot use it on gravel period. The front tire slides and skids, causing literally no resistance even on level 3 while on a gravel surface.

If you have zero gravel on your street and minimum 90lbs of additional weight then this is a great pice of kit. I've had mine for 6 months and all is well if I take a blower to my street first. It will grip then. Also going to need a new tire soon. For reference I'm 6'1 230lbs and almost fit.

This product came defective and the company's support basically did nothing to help me. The frame was bent so that I couldn't properly attach it to the rest of the chassis due to a manufacturing error (bad metal work/soldering). They blamed it on the shipper (impossible, since this portion of the product was covered in styrofoam) and offered a $50 credit. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company.     • Highly Adaptable to different users and conditions
Tried a simpler, cheaper sled, but my application is on asphalt in good but not pristine condition, The runners snagged and the body skewed, which made the action very rough. The Torque Fitness Tank M1 Push SLED was almost 4 times the cost, but works brilliantly for me and for my partner, a large difference in size and strength. When pulling hand-over-hand, it is a little tricky to get enough speed for high resistance, but the action is smooth, unit seems well-made, assembly was trivially easy with supplied tools, and it works me hard enough to qualify as HIIT. For my application, well worth the extra cost, and I'm cheap. ... show more
