    • Perfect replacement, beautiful product!
The fit and finish of this product are perfect. This product was an identical replacement for my 2006 Ford F150 Texas Edition (XLT) pickup. Oh my, what a difference these made to the appearance of my truck. If your headlights are faded, cloudy, ugly, and ineffective, I highly recommend this product. I took away 1 star from “ease of installation” for two very minor issues. First the lenses come with paper stickers covering the holes where the bulbs and sockets are inserted. This is to prevent dust from getting inside the assembly-good move! However, the glue on the stickers is a little to strong causing the stickers to tear when you try to remove them. This leaves a little ring of paper around the hole that takes some effort to clean off. Secondly, there is a body clip on the bottom that snaps into a hole in the fender to hold the assembly in place. This clip comes installed on the light and is nearly impossible to get into the fender hole. It took a little work to pry this clip off the headlight to first install it into the fender. Once I did that, the headlight snapped right into place. I would recommend the manufacturer just supply these clips in a bag rather than attaching them to the headlight assemblies. Finally, be aware that the tabs on the bulb sockets are not all the same size. Be sure to get the widest tab on the socket aligned with the widest slot on the headlight assembly for easy installation. Even with these minor issues I still had both headlamps replaced in less than thirty minutes. These are a perfect replacement for the Ford OEM units which cost 6 times as much. The headlights arrived well packaged & in perfect condition. It was a simple & surprisingly quick installation on my husband's Ford F150. It makes the truck look so much nicer overall now that it has bright, new headlights. We're impressed & would definitely purchase them again.

    • Be prepared to seal these.
There is no water leakage problem with this product or any other after market headlights. The key is to seal them yourself with a silicone sealant. I know, you shouldn't have too, but you do have too. Skipping this step is rolling the dice. Just spend the 5 bucks and order silicone with it and go over the entire seal. Fit great. Beware the plastic bulb fittings can be a little brittle. Couple of mine crumbled. They’re 15 years old so I expect that. Didn’t affect the install though.

Total garbage. They look great, installed perfectly. One of them formed condensation inside the housing, and in the first huge rain storm it filled 2” deep with water. These are not sealed, I do not recommend them.
