I finally gave up on this item after over three weeks of trying to get the watch to work. The customer service is ONLY via email. When I tried to call the phone number via WhatsApp, I was texted back to email. My service provider is AT&T (which is in bold that the Watch would work with that service provider) I purchased a Sim Card and Johnny (the only associate I suspect works for the company) was not able to help me activate the watch. That’s after adding and activating a new line. Then It was recommend that I purchase A speed talk Sim card for five dollars. He said that Sim card was widely used with the watch. After purchasing that Sim card, the watch would not turn on. I notified customer service a.k.a. Johnny and he recommended sending me out a new charging cord. Once the charging cord arrived a few days later- I let the watch charge for over two hours and it still did not work. I emailed customer service yet again. This time Johnny recommended swapping out the watch. That was OK with me. However, he wanted me to send the watch back to California via some shipping with tracking. Unacceptable, I don’t feel I should have to pay for broken merchandise to be exchanged. At this point I did want to exchange it, but to Amazon and just simply return the watch via Amazon and collected a refund. I was willing To give it time for him to figure out what was going on, but over three weeks is enough. I’m still out activation money for the new line and the cost for the time I had the line on my account, plus the speed talk money. So all I have to say is buyers beware!! ... show more

Incredible watch to keep in touch with your kids! With the app that you download on your phone and pair with your child’s watch , you can have video calls and audio messages back and forth, ando also regular calls too if you allow it. It does need a SIM card and customer service is responsive with your questions. Also GPS feature works great. It does take a few seconds to refresh but it works! The media could not be loaded. My daughter loves this watch and so do I. It takes a little patience to setup because u have to email Johnny to setup the APN which took a few days but once setup, it works perfectly. I also love the mode where she can't play on it during school hours or any hours that I setup. School doesn't allow phones but they never said no watches. :-) Edit...put it on the charger with it working just fine. An hour later, the screen won't turn on. Lights up but wont turn on. Took away 2 stars because now i have to buy another with no explanation as to why ... show more

I bought this watch for my son. He is two years old and likes to run away without permission. So, we needed to protect him. Anyway, this watch was never work correctly. I spent two weeks in contact with seller to make it work and then just returned it. It doesn't show location correctly (the difference 5 min drive on car) and it losing connection with sim card: I couldn't call on watch. To get connection and call you need restart watch, but kid can't restart it in his own and this is not the way product has to work in general. ... show more
