The set up was easy and the seller followed up to make sure I was happy with the product. Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. The calling and messaging features are what we use the most. Though, there are a lot of other capabilities we still need to explore. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this watch! Incredible watch to keep in touch with your kids! With the app that you download on your phone and pair with your child’s watch , you can have video calls and audio messages back and forth, ando also regular calls too if you allow it. It does need a SIM card and customer service is responsive with your questions. Also GPS feature works great. It does take a few seconds to refresh but it works! Great find for you and your kids!

I finally gave up on this item after over three weeks of trying to get the watch to work. The customer service is ONLY via email. When I tried to call the phone number via WhatsApp, I was texted back to email. My service provider is AT&T (which is in bold that the Watch would work with that service provider) I purchased a Sim Card and Johnny (the only associate I suspect works for the company) was not able to help me activate the watch. That’s after adding and activating a new line. Then It was recommend that I purchase A speed talk Sim card for five dollars. He said that Sim card was widely used with the watch. After purchasing that Sim card, the watch would not turn on. I notified customer service a.k.a. Johnny and he recommended sending me out a new charging cord. Once the charging cord arrived a few days later- I let the watch charge for over two hours and it still did not work. I emailed customer service yet again. This time Johnny recommended swapping out the watch. That was OK with me. However, he wanted me to send the watch back to California via some shipping with tracking. Unacceptable, I don’t feel I should have to pay for broken merchandise to be exchanged. At this point I did want to exchange it, but to Amazon and just simply return the watch via Amazon and collected a refund. I was willing To give it time for him to figure out what was going on, but over three weeks is enough. I’m still out activation money for the new line and the cost for the time I had the line on my account, plus the speed talk money. So all I have to say is buyers beware!!

We bought this watch to be able to track my daughter while giving her the independence to walk home from school. It was difficult to set up at first, but email support was quick and efficient. I ended up buying a pay-as-you-go SIM card as my phone provider (xfinity) could not provide a card that would work with this device. The protector of the screen cracked and then my daughter banged it against something and the screen cracked but the company agreed to replace it! Now we know to be more careful. The video call feature and whats app work great for messaging.

My daughter loves this watch and so do I. It takes a little patience to setup because u have to email Johnny to setup the APN which took a few days but once setup, it works perfectly. I also love the mode where she can't play on it during school hours or any hours that I setup. School doesn't allow phones but they never said no watches. :-)

I purchased the pink 4G Waterproof GPS Smart Watch, Phone Smartwatch, TOPUSER. There is plenty of instructions in the box, and the manufacturer is ready to help if I needed. They were very helpful and responsive. I used SpeedTalk sim card and it works perfectly. My daughter (9) loves it and is excited to know she can contact at any time during the day. I have tried plenty other watches before this one, and this has been the only one that I been able to get setup and that offers all the bells and whistles that you need. Highly recommended all around!

This TOPUSER 4G GPS Smart Watch had a rocky start anyway. It took days to charge and power up initially. After finally getting it to work, it lasted only about a week before completely dying, never to turn on again.We don't know what happened. The charger it came with didn't seem to work anymore. We purchased it for our oldest daughter, hoping to keep track of her with its SOS emergency alarm feature, alongside the recommended SIM card for the year. However, it turned out to be a disappointment. My advice? Save your money and avoid purchasing this product. I was willing To give it time for him to figure out what was going on, but I'm over it. Buyers beware!!
