I was originally going to order the normal Topsky standing desk , but right when i was about to finish my order another option appeared for a more heavy duty version . So i went ahead and purchased this one since i was going to be using a solid wood butcher block style counter as the table top . I was very impressed with the quality of the standing desk, materials are very sturdy and feel stout . Doesn't feel like cheap thin metal . The installation was pretty straight forward , i can say the manual is not a specific model manual but more of a generic manual for Topsky standing desk legs. Either way it was pretty simple to assemble once you get rolling. I recommend having two people to make it easier since moving the parts around and aligning the holes with the heavy parts is not super easy . The metal finish is somewhat of a Satin black finish, it is not glossy nor matte which is perfect for me . I had read in the reviews on the other Topsky model that the wiring was way to short for the controller , on this one all cables were long enough for easy install and plenty of length . Just make sure to plan out correctly in the install before you screw everything in . Performance wise , i have only had it a day or two but it is working perfectly . The motors are super quiet and smooth operation. It easily moves my Butcher block countertop and everything on it with ease. Im about 5'8" and when i raise it to a standing position the table or legs barely wiggle from side to side. at the moment my table measures 64 inches and i have the legs set 2 inches from the corner on each side. I can imagine this helps on reducing the wobble motion. I raised to its max setting which definitely is to tall for me but even at its highest setting it still feels pretty solid. Packaging was very good , all parts were individually foam protected and the company gives you plenty of mounting hardware . One note on the installation, in the manual it does not mention to insert the hole guides to help you place the screws for the extension rails. I later found that viewing the video they provide in the manual , it mentions the use of the guides. Please use them, it will make guiding the screws a lot easier for install . I will update in a couple of months to see how it is still operating.

At first, I was a little concerned about this product, after weeks of reviewing others I decided to purchase the latest version, and so far I am extremely happy. I only ordered the base as I already have a countertop, as noted on the images and video. I have four screens Two are 21 inch and the other two are 24 inch, desk goes up and down with no problem. Very quiet and super sturdy, no wobble. definitely will recommend, actually, already did to my colleagues. It comes with everything you need to set up just make sure you plan how you gonna run cables under it and before you secure cables make sure they are long enough for when you raise the desk you don’t want to be pulling any hardware equipment

I use this with a music studio rig (i.e. lots of rack gear, speakers, etc) and it's rock solid. Smooth transport up and down. If you have a heavy setup, this seems like the right choice. Having a desk that can raise and lower is amazing, and as a 6'3" person, it's been great for my back.

So far this has been a great purchase. Easy to put together though i recommend just giving one of the assembly videos on YouTube a watch first. I used the Topysky desk top with this and everything lined up well. great value. over all i have a dual monitor arm attached to the desk [added a 1/2 inch 8x6 inch piece of wood in the monitor arm clamp to help spread the wight] and my pc set on the desk. it is really stable even at a high setting. There is a little wobble but what you would expect from a and standing desk. would defiantly recommend.

I have worked from home for about 3 years and was working off of a cheap IKEA desk that was falling apart and was too short for me (I'm a smidge iver 6'2") so I decided it was time to upgrade my desk to match my work from home status. I had looked at all the normal sit/stand desk pre-made options but I needed a minimum of 72" wide and all of those maxed out at 60" which was WAAAAY too small so I set out to make my own. I bought this, an IKEA KARLBY Walnut counter top, and a ton of cable ties, velcro, etc and set to work. Above is the result after 2 days of measuring, drilling, building, wiring etc. This desk set me back half of what the other options would have. I had error code issues until I realized the motors have specific ports to plug into, if you're getting errors make sure the motors are plugged in the right ports, reset the controller so you can find low and high settings. After programming in my 3 pre-sets (sit, stand, and treadmill) this became my WFH desk working from it 8-9 hours a day for the last 2 weeks. It has been absolutely flawless and it's VERY sturdy even with all I got going on. I highly recommend. Very well made for the price, the only gripe I have is that the instructions are practically useless, but otherwise I definitely recommend.
