The color of these curtains is perfect. They are true to the photos. The velvet material is so soft and goes so well in our nursery. They aren’t completely blackout but do darken the room well. I haven’t washed them, but they seem like they will hold up well over time and are very high quality.

I had to return these because they weren't long enough (my measuring error), but wow, I was super impressed with the look and feel of these velvet drapes. The color is gorgeous. Velvet naturally exudes a slight sheen, and, when hung, this mossy, olive green is a perfect match for all things velvet. I am tempted to recover my blue velvet sofa! I was sad to learn that I couldn't reorder them in a longer length, but I was so impressed by the quality that I reordered another set from this same company - different color, but they compliment my room and block out the light when I need to. These are the best curtains. Not what I expected at all from Amazon. Thick, soft, wrinkle free, great color, and heavier than I expected! I ordered 6 more in different colors. If you’re interested, make sure you put them on medium to heavy duty rods. They are that good.

Super soft, very pretty, true to color in photo, and excellent quality for the price. Pretty good light blocking too! They are NOT blackout though, so if that’s what you need I wouldn’t choose these. I’d say they block about 80-90% of the light midday. Throw them in the dryer for 30 minutes to get the folds out. ... show more

I will say that the quality of these curtains is amazing. The straps (where you hang them from, whatever they are called) are nice and strong. They are thick, blackout and feel very high end. The onlyyyyy issue for me was that the cream color is too yellowy. Had to send them back.

It is rare that I’ll give a five star review on Amazon, but these drapes are stunning. The fabric is soft and the color is absolutely impressive. They are sewn correctly, the length is true to spec and they hang perfectly. Not too heavy, not too light. We are shockingly happy with this purchase.
